Service and facilities were wonderful. The staff at the bar, restaurant offered great service and were very friendly. Facilities were comfy, outside sitting was great - specially as I had friends staying in other hotels in the area and they all preferred coming to enjoy Neom. Heated pool is wonderful and the views of the ocean and mountains is a privilege. I extended my stay over and over again ;) Highly recommended!

The location was perfect right on the sea shore and just a short walk to the busier tourist area of Dahab. The appartment worked well for our family and the cafe served a wide range a food for breakfast as well as fresh juices and snacks - all with a beautiful view from the beach. The swimming pool was fantastic - lovely and warm which was perfect in the chilly evenings. The hotel also arranged a trip to Jebel Musah for us which was a highlight of the week and they helped arrange a diving course for us once we arrived.

I recently had an outstanding stay here, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The combination of coziness, comfort, and an unbeatable location made my experience truly memorable. the staff were so friendly before and after arrival. lovely walk into dahab but organising a taxi was very easy. the food was good quality and everyone was lovely with our two children. the rooms were nice, spacious and very clean. easy to organise scuba diving with the owners brother who has another hotel and dive school all padi certified and registered. my son was 10 and did a junior padi with kahlil the most kind and patient teacher! we moved to sharm and my boys and us want to go back!

The hotel is very clean. However, because the hotel is located near private homes, there is a lot of trash on the streets outside the hotel, and there are a lot of dogs. I hope the hotel will coordinate with the villagers and try to make the village cleaner.

It was the perfect place to stay and the manager and staff are so friendly. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to go back to Dahab.

Nothing…. Just all perfect!!!

Well located just 25 min walk/4 min taxi (1$) from the city centre. The owner (architect and designer!), his staff and family are extremely friendly! The whole hotel is new and rooms are very comfortable. Food is great, breakfast excellent. You can snorkel right in front of the hotel. Really, a not-to-miss choice in Dahab !!!!

The location is perfect with direct beach view & access. Away from the crowd, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. 10 mins away from the “Dahab Tourist area aka mamsha el shabab”, taxis available everywhere. Lastly, a big thank to Mr. Bader, the owner for his hospitality and support on finding the best activities around dahab!
