The neighborhood is rough. Not a lot of places to go nearby other than the pyramids. The airport i far away, Public transportation is non existent and Taxis and tours are overpriced if hired from the Front desk.

The location is very close to the Pyramids. The room was big, clean and cofortable. Staff was excellent and food was decent. Everyone spoke good English.

It was everything really good. the food delicious, best staff ever and I couldn’t imagine a better view from the terrace and room as well. From the staff I’d like to name: Hassan I, Hassan II y Abdu as waiters they were always really close and friendly with us and the driver who took us to the airport as well. Highly recommend 😃✌🏼

the panorama view on the rooftop and the room view at the balcony. meals were provided in the room. despite the misunderstanding, the manager was accommodating and helpful and he tried his best to make us feel comfortable. he included meals in our package.

There were too many, this is just a summary: -the bed linen wasn’t clean, not even after they claimed they had cleaned the room. -twice we asked not to have room cleaning service because we didn’t need it, however, at the end of the day when we got back to the hotel the room was tidy. This is a lack of respect to the client’s wishes. -the room was very small and not fully equipped, there’s not a hairdryer and the TV didn’t work. -If you stay at the pyramids view room, there’s an awful all night long noise because of a pack of dogs that live in the vicinity. We couldn’t have a proper sleep in 4 nights. - at the rooftop they also offer paid lunch and dinner, the service isn’t good.

The highlight of our stay was the rooftop and the amazing pyramids view, along with the delicious daily breakfast and the service of Hassan.

Hard and too thick pillows. A little bit expensive, but you pay for the amazing view, which we think was worth it. (room with view and balcony).

Where to start, we loved everything! We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the pyramids. The room was small, but cozy. Hot water in the shower, delicious breakfast spread, and we loved to see the light show of the pyramids from the rooftop. Excellent service, we even got a free dinner the night we arrived, and free snacks in the room, amazing! The guys in the restaurant were so nice and welcoming, especially Hassan who helped with everything. The staff in the reception were also great and service minded. they told us about all we needed to see in Giza/Cairo, and we especially liked that they didn’t push us to book any tours with them. Overall a great stay, and we will definitely come back!

There was a bit of a noise on our first night, could be from other guests on our floor arriving late. Aside from this, nothing else.

We like the location, it has a very good panoramic view from the rooftop. All hotel personnel were helpful and respectful. The main guy helped in booking us a tour (Giza, Sakkara, Memphis). Breakfast was good and more than enough. The hotel also serves dinner and menu has a good selection at a reasonable price. Room is spacious and clean; we stayed for 2 nights and the room get cleaned on our 2nd day.

The property is bit old and needs a renovation. The bedsheets and towels were not that clean as expected.

Location is really good wiith an awesome view of the Pyramids. The team on ground was just awesome. The service level of the team on ground was really really good and that is what it makes the facility a very good one.

the phone in the room doesn’t work so every time I had an issue I had to go downstairs to let them know, my shower didn’t have a door so every time I was flooding the whole bathroom even if I was trying to be careful, the rooftop dinner is so dark that you can’t see even the food on your table. also when we booked a tour and we paid for lunch none told us that the drinks where outside the price, this one was our mistake maybe we should have asked but an heads up would have been appreciated.

The balcony rooms are quite small inside and the bathroom is very compact. The furniture is also quite old in some rooms. But these issues are easily compensated by the wonderful staff. Non balcony rooms are much bigger and better furnished.

Fantastic. The staff at every level give first class hospitality and personal service. Moses is a superb General manager who made our stay so good that I would visit Egypt again just to stay there. The location and balcony view over the pyramids cannot be bettered and the breakfasts are the best I ever found in Egypt with fresh pressed orange juice, mango juice, strawberry juice and fruits as well as every traditional Egyptian element. Moreover there is a grandstand view of the sound and light show every evening directly from the restaurant terrace. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It will be the best you can find across the whole of Egypt. If it were possible I would rate this hotel 20 out of 10.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. They have the most amazing view in the world from rooftop or room's balcony. The sphinx and the majestic pyramids are just few meters away and the view is just stunning. The staff here is always available to make you have the best experience, they have drivers, free transfer from airport, currency exchange with bank rates, plans excursions, cheap laundry service, free coffee and cakes anytime ( they even made sure to bring drinks and cakes to my friends that visited me here yesterday). Big thanks to Hassan at rooftop, to room service and reception that are always attentive to any needs with a smile. The place is also very safe day and night. The overall is better than any 5 stars in Cairo i will come back for sure. If you are coming to Cairo make sure to make your reservation at panorama view pyramids for best experience.

The staff, so careful, very efficient. The view, perfect in front of pyramids. The rooftop and food/drinks service. The camel tour, 1h30 at dawn and early night in the desert, riding through the stables quarter with blacksmith and plenty of horses and camels getting prepared.

My stay at Panorama view Pyramids was excellent! Great view, excellent hospitality, always felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. I enjoy travelling to great destinations, you can’t beat the rooftop view and the pyramid’s light show. The room was clean and I was always attended to. Panorama View Pyramids was a great choice for me, I booked tours at a great price and the breakfast out looking the pyramids was phenomenal! Thank you Panorama view Pyramids, highly recommend it!
