Location: The guesthouse is strategically located—just a five-minute walk to the South Gate of the Pyramids. Hospitality: The hospitality and service provided by the manager were exceptional—he truly made our first day in Egypt memorable - very reliable and warm-hearted person! Whatsapp reply is very swift. Room: We upgraded to a room with four Pyramid views for a reasonable price. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The water pressure was strong and consistent, though the hot water supply decreased slightly when the second person showered afterward. Balcony: The balcony was huge and beautifully decorated. Having breakfast there with a Pyramid view was magical (the manager accommodated our early breakfast request). At night, the Pyramids lit up, and since we were the only guests, we had the balcony to ourselves—an unforgettable experience!

Strategically located, it's just a five-minute walk to the eastern gate of the pyramids. Selim is very warm and friendly, and the people are also very kind! The room is also relatively quiet in the evening and offers good value for money.

Not really negative at all, but it is important to know that there is no elevator and it is a third floor. No room service neither, but they daily provide you with whatever supplies you ask them for (clean towels, dryer, ammenities, toilet paper, etc.). 100% lovely service.

Rooms are confortable, clean and well prepared. The rooftop provides an unmatched view of the Pyramids, making your meals truly magical. Last but not least, the staff is amazing and lovely. We would repeat a thousand times!

Everything was great!! Prior arrival staff have reached out to ask if we need any help and shared contact details if ever we need anything. We have arrived bit late, no problems with check in and Ahmad waited for us with smile and offered cold drinks and gave us short talk about the place. The room was clean and had everything we needed, pyramids view and nice AC! In the morning we enjoyed great traditional breakfast, it was our choice between two, plenty of food with fresh orange juice on the roof with pyramids view was extraordinary! If you have any questions Ahmad and Mahmoud will give you the best answer! If you don’t have plans they can sort you out. We have also enjoyed traditional Egyptian wedding with Ahmad presence, unforgettable moments !!

The host makes the breakfast but it could be improved. it was very simple and not very tasty. The room was on the third floor - no lift

The host was very helpful. This is a new hotel so they are keen about receiving feedback and improving. The host lived in the same building so he helped us out and provided everything we needed. Taxi driver service was there too.

I am so lucky that I booked Pyramids Era View hotel.The view is breathtaking and the rooms are brand new and clean. Ahmed and Mahmud will provide everything you need and they are able to solve all your problems in your trip. Both they speak fluently English and know the area better than anyone. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and traditional with friendly local people that makes you feel safe and happy in your magical trip to Egypt. I will definitely come back again!

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean! The breakfast was really good and we loved the one with typical food. During breakfast you can eat with quite a view of the pyramids, it’s breathtaking! Our bedroom also had a great view of the pyramids. Taghreed and Mahmoud were really kind and thoughtful, always ready to help and to make our stay better! We really recommend this hotel! It’s a great place with even a better cost benefit. If we ever come back to Egypt, we’re definitely staying there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging perfect tours around Cairo. I visited three places in a single day at very reasonable prices, with everything well-organized. Additionally, I had a delightful dinner with great vibes. However, the owner is very creedy; he sells souvenirs for too high a price and lies about their quality to justify it. O, and don't ask for extra coffee at breakfast, they will not tell you, but after a while charge you quite a lot of money. I decided to inflict 4 penalty points.

There was no water to shower the night of arrival, and after being hot and sweaty, it was very frustrating. There was plenty of hot water the next morning.

The host was very welcoming. The location and view were great. The rooftop seating area was a great place to watch the sun set behind the pyramids.
