Pyramids view. Free transfer from the airport. There were no windows in the room - it might be bothering sometimes. Breakfast is poor and no prices in the menu. The personnel is helpful - we had an upgraded room but for the first night we got really bad one - the bathroom area was literally over the wc. They changed it on the next day. What I didn't like is that they add up the price to the total sum indicated in the booking. Be aware you will have to also cover 3% while card payment

The breakfast was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to have eggs and fruit instead of so much bread. The restaurants menu did not have prices listed and when we asked it seemed really expensive even when comparing it to the other restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Great location with amazing staff. The building has an elevator so you don't have to carry heavy suitcases up all the stairs. The restaurant on the roof top has a great view of the pyramids. The rooms / hallways were clean and there was always someone at the front desk. They had our room ready early so we were able to drop our luggage off as soon as we arrived.

Clean and good size rooms with wet bathroom and hot shower. Beds were comfortable and the room was pretty quiet. A few good restaurants were nearby with great pyramid views. Hotel itself was a good value with basic breakfast. Elevator is a plus and not common for this price. The only downside was the street to get to the hotel is where the horses and camels pass to get into the pyramid park so lots of animal droppings and the odor can be overpowering. No smell inside the hotel though.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and we had a great experience overall. The staff was amazing, they helped us to arrange 2 tours around Cairo with a private guide, also provided free transfer from airport. The restaurant on the roof had a wonderful view and we had a sunset dinner there. Moreover, the breakfast was tasty and we had 2 options: egyptian and continental. Room was comfy with everything that needed, only the bathroom is too small, so you need to take a shower while sitting on the toilet. We didn't have a window in the room, but I could say that it's more a benefit since around the hotel many camels are around that are smelly and constructions of other buildings. I could totally recommend this place if you are in Cairo for a short tourist stay and want to be around Pyramids.

I was very hesitant to book the hotel because of the strange discrepancy in reviews, but after arriving and within a few moments I felt that the place and the staff make us feel like that we were literally at our home, the rooms are very clean and have a beautiful smell that makes you relax, as for the breakfast it was delicious and varied, as for the dinner it was from another world especially while watching the sound and light show from the rooftop, I felt that some of the reviews are not fair at all to the place and the staff working there, even the owners themselves after talking with two of them I felt that they were very friendly and welcoming us as members of their family which was very kind of them . Loved the place and it will be my home whenever I come back to Egypt 🇪🇬 Thanks guys for the phenomenal hospitality

The pick up from the airport was perfect, the check in staff we informative and kind and Abdo with the roof top restaurant was was the best waiter! Always there when you need him, attentive and kind. The rooms were great with everything in working order. The #1 reason for booking this hotel was the view of the Giza pyramid complex. The view was SPECTACULAR! But the reason we will book this location again in the future is the staff. They were better than excellent!

Don't expect luxury from the rooms, they are basic and mostly windowless, and some of the rooms, at least mine, don't have separate shower from the toilet aria, so it's quite awkward to take a shower. But if you don't mind that, as I didn't, it's totally fine when you use the room just for sleep.

It's exactly as the name says: Pyramids On the Spot View! 🙂 View you can only wish for and it makes up for everything else. Cleanliness is really good, but note that if you want your room cleaned during your stay, you have to tell it to the receptionist in the morning. Staff is really friendly, their English is good, so no problem there. And yes, don't miss mango and strawberry juices!!! 😀 I see some people commenting that the area is a bit sketchy and that they felt unsafe - you absolutely don't have to worry about that! It is perfectly fine to stroll around even during the night. Only beware that the street is used as the camel "parking" just before opening and after closing hours of Giza plato, so don't step into the poop. 😀 And don't worry, you can't smell it in the hotel itself.

The view is more than spectacular, we couldn't believe it when we get in roof top and had the pyramids in front of our eyes, at night it is amazing, the hotel facilities are good, The terrace is a good location to see the pyramids and have a meal. The service was very good upon arrival and departure, for the breakfast that was included we were served by a very attentive waiter who unfortunately I do not remember the name but he was very special with us and even took photos of us with the pyramids in the background. Wi-Fi is very excellent every where!!!!!!!

Close to pyramids but area not good,its dirty a lot of homeless people,trash,smell of camel poop.We end up taking a tour aldought it was walkable distance( guide Muhamed was great!!)They include lunch in tour but it is at the hotel and no big choise. From this point of view i would book in better area where i can move around after tours becouse here we didnt feel safe,they try to scam you on every corner.Prices for drinks on the roof too expencive,2 coffies with milk 8 euros.Also if you only take driver and not tour dont ask for recomendations for restaurants becouse you will end up in some local pleace with double price meal like us.Room was clean ,but not spotless clean,need deep clean and better vacuming..Comparing to the area hotel was good,and the price was good but if you try to be cheap there you will end up paying more for taxies , lack of places to eat ,to drink coffee etc.

Late pick up from the airport for free( if you book two nights) They waited for us until 2am and we apreciate it.Also breakfast for this price was very good(aldought every same is the same).They help you with tour booking,explain everything,polite and helpful.They also let us leave our bags on the reception after check out until we finished tour.

Great place to enjoy my first experience to go to Cairo. The place that can make your dream come true while breakfast, lunch, and dinner you can see the pyramid. The staff offered me a free breakfast while suggesting good spots worth visiting. The breakfast was delicious. Have a good tour package including the airport transfer.
