The hotel is located around cleopatra beach. Nice view and comfort room. You can go directly to the beach behind the hotel after breakfast. The manager and the staff are all very nice. We arrived late at 20:30 that day but they still help us with our luggages and provided with us great dinner. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice facility with all what is needed, great staff with very personalized services. Thank you to the most friendly people onsite, I remember some names and would like to recognize them for the extra mile they took and the customer oriented service they delivered. - No Internet. During my stay around 12 Feb 2024, there is not WiFi in the hotel. I watched YouTube a lot and run out of my data… - The cleaners are very contentious… Even I left the card with the words “privacy please” on the door knob, the cleaner opened the room and clean… But the people in Mersa Matrouh are good people, for sure. - The staffs are very professional. Special thanks to the supervisor and the manager for their understanding and helps. Thanks a lot to Miss Alaa for helping me to re-active the room cards twice when I left it in the room but closed the door. - The breakfast is decent. - I like the swimming pool which near to the private beach. I can swim evening in winter. - The private beach of the hotel is a very good place with sunshine for chilling and reading. - The balcony of the room is very good view and peaceful for writing. - The location of the hotel is far away from the busy downtown. Very safe.

No internet yet ,the hotel is isolated you have to have a car ,continuous noise outside ,i didn't like the tiny shower ,no desk in the room although the room is large and there is a large space for it ,the air conditioning is not working in the winter (the room was a bit cold).

However, I encountered was the yellowish water from the tap, which was quite off-putting. On a positive note, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and added a satisfying touch to my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that it looks renovated, which adds to its overall appeal. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant.

1. Book 2 big bed room. Give us 2 double beds room. 2. Card can't open the door of my room, i have to call them to help me open it. 3. The sheets are pilling, very uncomfortable. 4. Far away from city, no store, no restaurant.

Sea water is like a lagoon, not the feeling of sea beach Staff was perfect except life guards were so tough and not professional, taking high un officical commission to bring water games, I.e. jetski...so I used to walk to side beaches outside the hotel to pay normal prices. A lot of noise resulted from constructions of the hotel extension, and that wasn't mentioned at the booking details.

The hotel lacked Wi-Fi, which was quite frustrating, and it also didn't have a gym. Additionally, I was unaware that the hotel's location wasn't on the open sea. We had to frequently search for the beach staff to help us open the umbrellas, which was not very professional.

The food was good with a variety of options each day. However, I was surprised that the lunch and dinner menus didn’t include many seafood options. Additionally, there were no alternatives like coconut or almond milk for those with lactose intolerance. Overall, though, the experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant sea view.

Not recommended if you are not Egyptian. My friend wearing bikini was being constantly stared at. Water is very dirty at the beach Food in restaurant is very poor and guests often taking other people seats and touching food without tongs etc. need more staff to make sure the guests are behaving correctly

1. the service is very bad, I called many times for extra bottle water, they always said wait a minute and never deliver it. 2. Too many flies, I opened the door for a while and there were over 20 flies got into the room, horrible. 3. There are too few food options, not even omelettes.

Overall and although the hotel is good and clean, but it doesn’t worth the amount I paid. The price is too much for the services. The furniture in the room was not good and the closet door was stuck all the time. The breakfast buffet was ok but the restaurant is so small. The swimming pool is also so small and the flies all over the place.

Horrible and rude staff. My friends came for a visit in the (smelly) restaurant. They wanted to use the restroom. It was so dirty that I gave them my room key to use the bathroom there. The hotel staff literally followed them around the hotel and insisted that they could not enter my room. I wound up booking an extra room so they could pee in a clean space. Worst hotel experience ever.

Several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The housekeeping was often delayed, and we experienced leakage from the shower that caused water to spill into the bathroom. The quality of the breakfast, especially the bakeries, was subpar, and there was no milk or cream available for coffee at lunch and dinner. The beach posed a safety hazard with broken glass in the sand, and the swimming pool was small, poorly maintained, and had unclear water with green algae on the sides. Additionally, the bathroom water quality was sometimes discolored from yellow to brown, which was concerning.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and warm, providing a comfortable stay for my family. The restaurant offered a good variety of Arabian and international dishes for lunch and dinner, and we particularly enjoyed the live show entertainment during dinner. The beach, although small, was pleasant, and the overall environment of the resort was enjoyable.
