We had a great stay at Sidi Hamad Pyramides View! The hotel arranged airport transportation. They also arranged guided tours with Omar the best guide. Great experience. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with delicious Egyptian food. The dinner we had upon arrival was also very tasty. The best thing was the warm, genuine hospitality we received from the entire owner family. It peaked when they arranged a surprise party on the rooftop terrace for all the hotel guests on the occasion of my birthday. Thank you very much! The staff was super welcoming. They helped us arrange transport to and from the airport and attended to our every need such as when we needed to reheat leftovers. The breakfast was delicious, and the views of the pyramids made it even more special. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I completely recommend this hotel for your trip!

The pricing was slightly on the higher side, both for the stay and the excursions arranged through the hotel. However, for first-time visitors to Cairo, the peace of mind is worth it — Mr. Mohammed and his family are trustworthy and knowledgeable, especially in a place where it’s easy to be taken advantage of if you’re unfamiliar with the local dynamics. Also, there’s some room for improvement in housekeeping and in-room amenities, but these were minor aspects and didn’t take away from the overall comfort of our stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, run by Mr. Mohammed and his lovely family. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out — even graciously accommodating our late checkout. The hospitality was heartfelt and genuine, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, offering a stunning view of the pyramids and just a short walk away. Just little things: the boiler wasn’t switched on so after 3 minutes the hot water was gone, easy to fix I guess I was just unlucky. The walls were thick yet somehow you could hear people from the other rooms (someone showering for 15 mins and singing or maybe shouting?). I don’t know if it was just me but wifi worked only on the terrace or by the reception.

10 mins walk from the pyramids, nice view, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! Good bed and the staff was very nice. It was quiet at night. My uber driver didn’t have any problem with finding the place.

Not much to say that’s bad. The only thing I can say about this hotel is as you walk outside, you are on some dusty roads in Cairo. But we didn’t mind being right in the midst of the city & its culture.

We loved the roof terrace, you can see the pyramids close up from there & we had breakfast here each morning which was lovely. A lovely range of Egyptian dishes for breakfast. Comfy bed

Traveling with family and children you want to know that you find a safe and welcoming place at the end of an adventurous day. From welcoming us with a delicious dinner after a long flight in the middle of the night , finding a great travel guide for us and hosting us before departure in the end of the day in their courtyard with a ping pong match it all was a perfect stay. The hotel crew was very friendly and responsive helping us to get things planned well before our arrival and then also during the day we spent with them. It is a good place to stay with kids. Ask them for guides and also organizing your transportation needs.

The location is great to see the pyramids, but it’s a bit intimidating to get to. You think that you are in the wrong place. But once you get past that, it’s really amazing.

It’s a modest little hotel with the best views of the pyramids. The breakfast was amazing. The host was incredible! We didn’t feel like going out, so he brought food to us for dinner!

If you're looking to explore the Pyramids of Giza and the New Grand Egyptian Museum, and enjoy engaging activities like ping pong with fellow guests, this place is ideal. The owner, along with Ala, arranged for us a guide named Besam for our pyramid visit. He was not only a knowledgeable historian but also an excellent photographer, enhancing our experience.
