This hotel is highly recommended. We received a fantastic welcome upon arrival, which set the tone for the whole stay. The view of the pyramids was absolutely stunning. The staff were the friendliest we’ve encountered in a long time – so welcoming and helpful. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

We really appreciated the hospitality of the staff. Mostafa helped us organize the tours we wanted even before our arrival. Every staff member—at the reception, in housekeeping, and during breakfast—was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt very well taken care of. The view from our room was one of the best in all of Giza. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a bit of noise due to the location, but that’s understandable. The location itself is excellent—safe and just a few minutes’ walk from the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids is definitely worth mentioning. It was basic but good and more than enough. They also provide free water if needed, and there’s a coffee setup with a water boiler in the room. Overall, the hotel offers everything you'd expect for the price. I’m usually very critical when it comes to hotels, as I travel a lot and have stayed in other places in Giza as well—but for the location alone, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pyramids palace inn We stayed here for 4 nights, when you first arrive, as a Westerner the surrounding areas may look scary or be really busy. The noise from the streets can be a little bit loud. However it is an amazing hotel. Staff are all very kind and helpful. Mostafa, the manager, is amazing. He really looked after us. What ever we asked for they provided it. Even booking a last minute tour when our attempt to order an Uber didn’t pan out well. If you book guides through the hotel like we did these are all also amazing. We had a different guide each day and had a different experience with each one but enjoyed them all thoroughly. The drivers are also very good, and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and it is awesome to have a breakfast while being able to see the pyramids. If you choose this hotel just remember that if you are unsure or require anything- all you have to do is ask the staff. We really loved Egypt, Cairo and Giza and the Pyramids Palace Inn made this experience better. We would definitely recommend and come again.

Very convenient location to the Pyramids and amazingly friendly staff. Everyone is willing to help you with any problems and questions that you may have. Special mention to Moustafa for his help throughout our stay! Rooom was clean and the views from the room and the rooftop were amazing! If you want to stay in Giza, this is the place!

This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The view of the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking – we couldn’t have been any closer! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and it was a truly majestic experience to enjoy it on the terrace in the sunshine while gazing at the pyramids. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes. The location was amazing, breakfast was great. All in all a super good value for money!! Would recommend this place if you plan to visit the pyramids early (after your breakfast on the rooftop with views on the pyramids)

Spacious and comfortable room. All employees very attentive. Beautiful view from the rooftop, you can see the pyramids. The bathtub is large and works well. The hotel provides airport transfer service. We bought the tour to the pyramids complex directly at the hotel, it was great. Best place to stay in Giza.

The location is not as expected. That said, everything is fair priced and even If the location seems a bit scary, the people are all very welcoming and kind.

The staff was exceptional, honestly !! We got everything in time and they even spent half hour helping us on a conflict we had with a taxi driver. We also got lots of gifts after the check out.

They are trying their best, I believe it is the most decent small hotel of the area (from what I saw from other hotels).. But the standards are way below what we expect in Europe. The area although was so close to the Pyramids was very under-developed and a bit dangerous in the night. The breakfast although they were trying to bring us something to please us, was poor. The terrace where breakfast was served should have been in a better condition.

The stuff was amazing and they did everything they could to make easier our stat. The room was good and with no signs of obvious dirt but not in the EU standards. The view from the window was really amazing and the room was spacious
