The main road of Giza is right in front of the hotel and the isolation of the windows is poor. Since Egyptians like to honk the horn of their car at absolutely everyone and everything its really loud and it does not get quiet in the night. So make sure you bring ear plugs.

We booked the room with the Jacuzzi and Pyramids view and it was simply amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was so kind and nice. We had a little hick-up with the check-in when we arrived as nobody from reception was there (we arrived on Friday, which is their Sunday). The cleaning lady immediately called the manager (?) and made sure we could check-in. The view from the room was amazing, couldn't have been better. And for breakfast/lunch/dinner you eat on the terrace with more Pyramid view.

Not really the hotels fault but the surroundings are rather not recommended to walk around (especially after sunset) as hustlers will approach you all the time. Also don't expect a big western style hotel, it is a family run place with just some rooms with all the pros and cons coming with it.

Very friendly family run hotel. Very close to the pyramids. Home made breakfast. The pictures show the room exactly as it is. The staff is super helpful and friendly and do not bother you over and over with the tours they could arrange. They also prepared a take away breakfast since we had to leave early and they even recommended to take a Uber to our bus stop in the morning instead of them preparing a car for us cause that would have been very expensive for us. The amazing terrace could easily be decorated much nicer, even though the view is just great.

Our stay at the Pyramids Palace Inn was quite pleasant. The hotel staff, especially the owner Mustafa, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We appreciated the complimentary water and fruit, and the breakfast with a stunning pyramid view was a delightful experience. The hotel itself is safe and secure. Mustafa's local recommendations for food and souvenirs were spot on. He even accompanied us to a shop to make sure we weren't overcharged, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we would highly recommend the Pyramids Palace Inn for anyone visiting Cairo. It offers a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city's historical wonders.

We got the jacuzzi king room, but it was an old bathtub that creaked a lot when you're in it. The bathroom also smells a bit like sewage. However my main comment is that it is really REALLY loud, considering it is on a main street. So if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not for you.

The staff was so, so helpful and kind! They helped us with our bags and even booking taxis. They were always pleasant and great. The view of the pyramid is also great.

There was some traffic noise, but it was somewhat expected for the price. The bed was a bit firm, but this seems to be quite common in egypt. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives

Staff were lovely. Room was well priced. We ordered the kofta meal for 2 in the evening as we arrived late and that was great. There is a small elevator that you can use for bags/ go to the 5th floor and roof terrace. We had breakfast included which consisted of Egyptian bread, jams, honey, ommette, cheese, banana and coffee which was great. The view from the terrace of the pyramids is amazing.
