The resort rooms need to be renewed, while the all furniture and facilities were working more than good. The electricity cuts one or two times a day while each cut wasn’t last more than 20 minutes.

I enjoyed a lot everything specially the high variety of food in the main 3 meals and also the quality of the food. The whole resort was very clean and the WiFi was strong

The air conditioning at the reception and main restaurant is very very bad! The main restaurant is old and need renovation

The rooms need significant renovations and maintenance. We first stayed in a room that had multiple issues, so we asked to move to another room. The second room was much better than the first one, but its furniture is a bit old. Also, I had a complaint about a very frustrating incident that happened with some of the staff, but the hotel management took it seriously and I am hoping that they would handle it properly in the future.

The hotel is overall very nice with very nice pools and beach. The landscape is very nice. The food quality and quantity were exceptional. The reception and specially Ms. Fedya who handles Booking guests were very helpful.

I had an exceptional stay at Mamlouk sunrise. The welcoming staff, immaculate and comfortable room, and stunning view made my visit memorable. The top-notch facilities, including a clean pool and delicious restaurant, added to the experience. Overall, every aspect exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Mamlouk sunrise hotel for a satisfying and memorable stay.

The fact that none of the ATMs were working and the Limousine service only takes cash! As a European it is rare to carry cash and even harder to withdraw when your ATMs don’t work!

The new standard rooms were lovely and spacious. The service was great, I would like to give a special thank you to Sayed at reception who went out of his way to assist me and my family, he was truly amazing and he really cared about his guests!

The cocktails weren't really exceptional, the better ones were in the main Mamlouk building. We disliked that children were allowed to play around the island pool bar. This should have been a child free zone where adults are drinking alcohol in the water. The kids splashed water into the drinks and their parents didn't tell them not to.

The resort is beautiful, super facilities. Lots of space at the pool and beach. Plenty of sun loungers. The night entertainment was mainly good. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff were all exceptional, really friendly and always with smiles regardless of the time of day/night. We enjoyed the Indian restaurant for dinner and the Egyptian for the lunch.
