Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Our flight departed late at night. After checkout from the room the hotel allowed us to spend the whole at the hotel complex and even allowed us to use the restaurant and bar. At the end they even gave us a room for 30min so we can shower. Thank you very much again. Amazing service!

The hotel is amazing, very cozy and family friendly. Everything is available in the hotel. Sandy and coral beach. Different a la carte restaurants so you will feel that you’re going out every day to a different location all of them serve tasty food by a great staff who are really so attentive to satisfy your needs and make you happy. The Staff is very helpful , with their smily faces welcoming words, they are thrilling to serve you with pleasure. Food and drinks are everywhere all the day on the beach , pools and main restaurant , besides the pools and beach are very clean. The hotel is linked to Sunrise Garden beach which has Aqua Park every day in 2 different times. Big thanks also to the animation team they worked so hard to make your holiday fun and hilarious. Special thanks to Sarah at the reception she tried her best to facilitate our accommodation, Lena the guest relations, helped us in every single time when we need a a restaurant reservation or asking about anything in the hotel. Every single person in the staff is helpful and hardworking.. special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud main restaurant manager, all Mexican, Indian, Italian, Asian staff especially Mexican restaurant’ team (Ahmed,Ahmed, Ahmed, Mohamed and Ossama). Also, the staff of Shakes and bakes bar .. we enjoyed the hotel so much. Definitely l’ll come back and I’ll recommend it for everyone.

Just one thing I hope to be improved next year. There are no enough places to accommodate everyone in the evening show , I believe you need a bigger theatre or more tables and chairs in front of the theatre

Everything, starting from the decent staff making everything for you to enjoy your vacation, the cleanliness of the room, the pools , all the hotel facilities are super clean. We requested the pools to be heated as we have kids , although they start the heating process by mid November , they started the heating especially for us and this is much much appreciated , as I said they will do everything for you to enjoy your stay. The beach is sandy and clean , the food is diverse with great taste. Many a la carte restaurants with great quality. This is my 3rd consecutive year in Sentido Mamlouk and I believe we will keep it for the next 5 years at least

Night shows were a little boring but you still can have fun at night .

Everything was great . Fast check in thanks for Mr Said in reception . Food is delicious and many varieties. Snacks are also so good. Housekeeping does a great job everyday. The beach is sandy and so pretty , a little crouded but thanks to Omar on the beach can always get you a free table . Night shows are a little boring but the animation team is active all day . The view from the room was so adorable and cheerful . We had a wonderful stay . We hope to come back again soon .It is highly recommended .

The Rooms were kinda old and need maintenance

The warm wolcoming and the great hispitality ! Everyone is offering before you request, the beach was amazing and the pools were so clean ❤️ The food and the ala carte restaurants were just great specially the Asian one ! Very special thanks to Lena who welcomed us and guided us through every single step across our stay within this amazing place Also Mostafa, the food haul Manager who was very welcoming and sweet ! Everyday, there was a different party and mood ! Thank you to the animation team specially, Fady who leads the fire show !! Guys .. keep it up and definetely we will see you soon ! Love xx :)

I personally was surprised by the plastic consumption in connection with the drinks and foods. On one hand, it is amazing that you can take nearly everything to-go, but it is provided through plastic cups and plates. Guests also need to take responsibility for their usage.

We loved the wide variety of options for dinner with the a la card restaurants. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Lena who checked up on us every day. The facilities and our rooms were very clean! Furthermore, there were a lot of events and activities organised by the animation team.

Kids policy needs to be reviewed as it considers the second child starting from only 4 years. The lack of elevators in the buildings may make it hard for elders or people with some disabilites if they are staying at the 2nd or 3rd floors.

Our staying was very good. All the staff is very helpful and supportive, especially, Mx. Lena and Mx. Sara at the reception. The hotel is so clean and cozy, all facilities, pools, aqua, restaurants and beach... are very good and very close to each other. Meals are very varied. It was our first time, but I think it won't be the last. Keep up!

There is nothing to dislike. Just notes that there are no lifts in the room buildings, but lower floors are stroller accessible and wheel chair accessible. Kids Club takes kids age 3 and above without parents. Younger kids need parents, or you can pay for babysitting.

Everything was awesome, from check-in to accessible areas. Everywhere was clean. The kids' club was awesome. Babysitting service is easy and great. Sometimes, travelling solo with a kid can be tricky, but here at Sunrise Mamlouk, it was a breeze thanks to the wonderful setup and professional staff. They did their job with no prejudice. The evening entertainment was really cool. The food was so great at the international a la carte that I almost forgot to try the speciality restaurants. Other speciality restaurants were included in the all-inclusive and just needs reservations. The restaurant had a kids' corner, which I discovered late, but it had fresh, well-made baby purees and caters to kids (younger and older). My kid enjoyed the constant access to fresh juice in restaurants and pool bars. This was great given the hot weather. The place felt very secure. I would definitely go back 🥰

pools were crowded or mostly reserved, family pools should be more, as most pools were 150+ CM most guests reserve with towels with no show for hours not enough canopies on most pools, make all Deckchair squeezes side by side with no privacy.

Food was great at all restaurants across the place, specially ala cart restaurants. rooms were comfortable and spacious. terrace was very nice animation was great Staff were amazing , Sara and Hosam from front desk, Restaurants staff, Mr Gamal, Mr Ahmd AbdlSalam restaurants were excellent After check in ,an Assigned a Staff member “Lina” to assist us and coordinate all our needs and restaurants reservations and keeping us informed with any other activities.
