IndiaWe had contacted them through booking.com messaging and asked about sighseeing packages. They offered us $580 for 2 pax for 1 day cairo,1 day giza and 1 day alexandria. When we went to the hotel they claimed various issues and forced us to pay $750 for the same trips. The bathroom should be more spacious as it was so small and uncomfortable. Shower cubicles are so small that they are difficult to enter and stand, forget bathing. Lift should be arranged as there is only staircase.
The location is pretty good with a great view from rooftop and balcony but the breakfast can be better with some variety.

When we arrived, they provided welcome drinks in the rooftop with the view of the Great Pyramids which superB. They also offer you in the evening a light & sound show you just have to book/reserve a table in advance.

NetherlandsThe room was supposedly “new”, but very cheaply done, right under the restaurant, where the tables and chairs were just being dragged on the floor until late nights. The room was very close to the stairs, so there was a lot of noice. The room wasn’t that clean, even after cleaning. For the breakfast you need to wait really long time and when you get the food it is cold, then you need to ask to get the cutlery, but there is 5 people standing doing nothing... We didn’t once get drinks with the breakfast. The restaurant in general is not cheap, the prices are without taxes and service fee. We were once forced to take s taxi booked by the reception and it was one big scam - uber would be 100LE and we needed to pay 10euros for 10 min ride.
The view on the pyramids was awesome. Good to watch the show at night too, as the show itself is not cheap and not great.

United KingdomOn the first night they organized a party at their restaurant. Our room being under the restaurant, we couldn't rest or sleep because of the noise and disturbance. We asked to change rooms or lower the music but every time the staff said that it will finish soon and we should be patient. The rooftop is not there for you to freely enjoy it as it is for the restaurant. Our room was just under the restaurant so every time someone moved a chair, at any time of day and night, we could hear it. We asked them to stop the noise but they keep repeated "to be patient and next time I complain to see them and they will change the room". At the end we never managed to change the room and had to suffer the noise. Also the bathroom started to flood, and they say they will fix it but never did. The first morning we waited 1 hour to get two scrambled eggs. Be careful in the stairs as they are uneven.

Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors and outside. Only take cash or up charge you 5%. The price of this hotel is the same as a true 5 star hotel. You do the math for yourself.
