Our return visit to this Hotel in Cairo was every bit as memorable as the first. The luxury of waking up to a splendid breakfast with the awe-inspiring pyramids in the background continued to exceed our expectations. The staff once again outdid themselves with their five-star culinary offerings. What made this visit particularly notable was the ease with which we were able to extend our trip and switch rooms, all coordinated smoothly by their attentive staff.

The view is amazing and you can go walking from the hotel to the pyramids. staff was great everything we needed they helped us, we did a couple of tours with them as well and they were really good and the guides were excellent, hope returning in the future.

Great room with the amazing view of the pyramids. SHAHD made us feel like family right at home here in Egypt, we can’t ask for a better service and friendly stuff. We had breakfast on the terrace with the pyramids view just lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Ali Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset Thanks ( windsor pyramids view inn)

Nothing, everything was good

All that we needed and were looking for! What a view from the terrace!!!! Excellent for pictures. The breakfast at the terrace was very nice. I specially liked that it started at 7 am and that there was an omelate and fallafel freashly made for you. The orange juice as welcome drink was also nice. We also decided to hire a private tour and a drive until the airport. We negotiated a fair price and the hotel staff allowed us to use a room to shower after the day turisting and before going to the airport, this was super convenient and they did not charge extra (even though we had already checked out). We left our luggage during the day at the storage, which als also extremaly helpful. I wish that there was a room with view to the pyramids, there was none available when I booked, so our very small window had no view, but that is OK. The room was clean and comfortable.

OK so this is my fourth trip to cairo Area and by far this is my favorite place to stay, out in Giza as opposed to staying in Cairo. from our room and the outdoor eating deck, you can see the pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the sound and light show. Why would you stay anywhere else? Food was great, rooms are super comfortable, and the location is unsurpassed. The staff is super helpful and when we arrive late ordered some food to be delivered to us.

I never tired of having breakfast and dinner in the terrace overlooking the pyramids and sphinx! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly and the food excellent and well priced. I really appreciated the complimentary pickup from the airport.

Nothing, everything was superb

Everything. This hotel is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing, something from another world, the facilities are incredible, you get the “Egyptian” feeling as soon as you walk on that door , The staff were all wonderful, and the view from the restaurant can’t be beaten!

Incredible views to the pyramid. You can enjoy in every meal. The staff is super friendly and kind always looking to deliver an excellent service. Room is comfortable and in general is a great place to stay and Nice to have walking distance to the entrance.

This hotel has a stunning view of the pyramids and of the evening light show. Both our room and the restaurant had fabulous views, and the food at dinner while watching the sunset behind the pyramids was outstanding!The staff were all wonderful

Windsor l is very close to the pyramides and also in a quiet location The most impressive thing I've ever seen in my life. The hotel hosts are very friendly and helpful and make you feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay

Nice people and service. Rooms were big enough, but Egyptian standards. Rooftop terrace has a beautiful view, and we could see the sunrise over the pyramids. it was ok to be there.

The great pyramids and sphinx provide everything you need and are very affordable. The staff are extremely accommodating and cater to all your needs. The Manager Mr. Kamel is very kind and Professional towards his Guest, He wants to make his Guest gets the best and Mr. Kamel is more like a good friend and all his staff. About The place is very clean and new building, the Rooms are all a good size with great pyramids views right at the doorsteps, the food & drink was very good excellent. It is a highly recommended experience. I would recommend to any Foreigners from all over the world to come here and explore the true Cairo views of Pyramids at from the room window step and most importantly the environment and the location is very safe to walk around the great pyramids and sphinx. The whole pyramids area surroundings Protected by Egyptian Army and policemen around the clock 24/7 to make it safe for the tourist and foreigners. Amazing stay and My Special Thanks to Mr.Kamel and his team. Grate place, grate work, I am coming back again.

everything was perfect the view from the roof top and the staff was very helpful, house keeping daily cleaning your room there are enough facilities. The receptionist was amazing specifically the girl, who has a big smile 😁 she was kind and helped us so much and we made tours with them with good price finally you feel like home 🏡

The location is fantastic! I will never forget sitting on the roof terrace watching the sun go down over the pyramids. Unforgettable memories. The staff are honestly amazing! Extremely friendly, very open and interesting to talk to. We felt so looked after and spoiled whilst we were staying here. Will be recommending everyone to go!
