Everthing was exactly how it looks in the pictures. That's the only thing you need to know if you are looking for hostel in Egypt. They stored our luggage untill our flight time and helped about everthing else.

My 2nd time here, I choose this hostel over Luxor, amazing people, center location with Restaurant and supermarket around clean & modern, bed with curtain, plug & light, So comfy feels like home Lotsa to hang your clothes and locker to put your passport n co (very rare in hostel) Free Breakfast that hold your stomache til dinner time Bravo and Shukran

Location right in The center So many Restaurant and supermarket 3rd floor with lift, hostel is very clean Bed is good, there is kitchen So morning cafe all good Above all is The Staff Mahmood is amazing let me in like early in The morning after 10hrs ride from Dahab Romy is very kind and professional Youssef is very accomodating They all go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable Truly Face of Egypt Which mostly left very good impression to go home with I love Cairo so beautiful and many things to see Thank you

Hmmm, nothing to be honest. They didn't have their own laundry, but I can't say I disliked that, there was a laundry 5 minutes from there so nothing critical Oh sh!t yeah mosquitos!!! These buggers were active as hell, but nothing the hostel is responsible for

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast service was on point and the amenities were the cleanest I've seen so far in Egypt

The 1st time was exactly what was shown in pictures. For 2nd time they confirmed triple beds but couldn't provide. But the room they provided had leaky showerhead, stagnant water in washroom, smaller space than the one we booked. However since they didn't have manpower for repair due to ramadan time we didn't even complain as that won't help either.

We stayed here twice. First room was good with decent facilities and service. Breakfast was good on both times. People are nice. We couldn't get early check in 2nd time but they were ok with us waiting in the lobby area and had common washroom facilities.

Initially they said the hotel is overbooked so they wanted to move us to a different property, which we strongly objected & denied. Then as a compensation they offered us private rooms as we had booked bunk beds. I appreciate if the hotel takes this as a note and avoid overbooking & sending guests to other properties.

The property is centrally located. Walking distance from many tourist locations & many restaurants just around the corner. Its clean, comfortable & breakfast was excellent.

The shower temperature was difficult to regulate.

The hotel staff were absolutely great - always ready to help regardless of the time. They arranged excursions for me as well as airport transfers. The room was spacious and had a balcony, furniture was basic but nevertheless clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious! WiFi was very strong. Location was absolutely fantastic. Keep in mind that the central location also means street noise. Good to know: reception is on the third floor, there is no sign below.

No hot water for shower.

Nice room, very central in Cairo, with lots around it. Nice balcony with a view of Cairo streets, but noisy until about midnight, quiet then until 7-8AM or so. I would stay here again.

Great hostel with great location. Tours organised were fantastic. Room is nice size and nice facilities.

Disadvantages: There are a lot of mosquitoes.

The location is excellent, with convenient food and shopping nearby. The service attitude is very serious and responsible. You can also rest in the hotel lounge area after checking out. Mr. Mahad at the front desk has a warm and lovely smile from the bottom of his heart. The staff is very patient and will answer every question you ask them. Patiently help you solve the problem

The location of the hotel is very good. It also has a small balcony. It is relatively clean and refreshing. It is good value for money.

The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable 😅

Location, convenience and value for money 😍 the staff were quite genial and pleasant. Definitely recommending this place 💖 the pictures are as real as they can be.
