Marwa, our tour guide, was fantastic super knowledgeable and friendly. Big thanks to Abdoul for organizing everything so smoothly, and to the smiling and welcoming front desk team who made us feel right at home. first day we had to pay for breakfast as it was early check in. It was highly overpriced as food in Egypt is generally cheap. Very limited items at a high price. Very plain. Wasn’t good at all. None of us liked it. Other than this, the place was good. If breakfast is free you can try, otherwise don’t buy!!!

Room and bathroom was clean, bit congested though. We were 4 but first day we were allotted a room with 3 beds only. Next day they gave room with 4 beds which was spacious than the other. The place is great, and I really don't understand why some people have left negative reviews. If you're looking for something better, you might need to spend more for a higher level of service. But for me, everything was fantastic the rooms were excellent, and the staff was amazing, especially Abdul and Ahmed.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was good, but there were a few small issues that could be improved. We had 8 rooms, and in two of them, whenever we took a shower, water would flood the entire bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for us. However, we reported the issue to the management, and they assured us they would resolve it immediately. What I really appreciated about this place is that they are always open to listening to negative feedback and working hard to improve and fix things. Their quick response to our concerns shows their commitment to guest comfort and their desire to provide a better experience. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and I hope this issue will be addressed in the future for a more seamless experience.
