Beautiful hotel, it opened recently as Ahmed told us. Ahmed is the owner of the hotel and we were lucky enough to meet him. He helped us with everything we wanted to book in terms of tours and attractions. As for the hotel everything was perfect. The room was renovated and modern and it had everything we needed. It was really comfortable and clean as well. Our favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop, where we were having homemade breakfast with the outstanding view of the Pyramids. Location was great as well since we were only 10 minutes away from the pyramids and there were plenty of shops around the hotel. 100% recommended if you ever visit Giza.

The location was nice with a view of the pyramids and the traditional egyptian breakfast was really nice. Overall it was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. The tours gave us a good view of Egypt.

Lack of a swimming pool made us reduce our days there.

The location is great for the pyramids and museum tours. The rooms are very clean. The best part is the staff. They are amazing led by Noura , very attentive and takes really good care of you. My son misses her already.

Nothing really all was perfect

The property is clean tidy and new it’s like a 5 star small hotel only needs the swimming pool and it will be more than wow because it is already wow. The people working there are amazing starting from Nadia, Nor, Shahd and all of them are really amazing and super friendly I spent there almost 2 weeks as I was on business trip. It was the best.

It is true that it is noisy outside because of the cars and the mosque but nothing that can’t be fixed with some earplugs.

The room was modern, beautiful and really spacious. The airco worked perfectly. We liked that the room was in a Main Street what makes it really easy for the tours and taxis to pick you up. The staff was kind, they help us in anything we needed.

The palace pyramid hotel was located near the pyramids of Giza and It was easy to get around Giza. All the staff we met were friendly, Mustafa was always ready to help and Nadia was very friendly and attentive to all the details. Ahmed the owner ensured that we were comfortable with the room and service. The only bad thing was that It was a short stay. I will definitely stay again once am in Giza

It’s fairly noisy at night with traffic passing

Great location for the pyramids. Breakfast was really good and the women serving and cooking breakfast were so nice and friendly. Nadia on reception was very nice and helpful also. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is really beautiful and also super clean. Our room was comfortable and the furniture was modern and cool. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Nadja, the front office lady. The 4 floor “hike” is definitely worth the view, not to mention breakfast, which was delicious.
