The staff is very friendly and nice, they’re also so helpful and welcoming! from reception to housekeeping to waiters to chefs to beach boy! The location of the hotel is very good, and the room is so chic and modern, and it feels so cozy. The food was delicious too, and they have Nespresso machine which is perfect for me! When I arrived they complimented me with upgrading my room to sea view which was super nice and invited me to lunch as their treat, was a very good way to welcome me! The hotel has various facilities and the music playing all day is great. I hope I can come here again soon, at least to see the staff’s friendly faces again

The room was rather aged, bathroom door didn't close properly (had to really lift and pull it), shower cabin leaked extensively, and the bathroom floor was not clean. We asked the cleaner to give it some extra attention and he reported later that it is very clean, rather produd of his work. But the floor still stained our feet and any white towels - so perhaps it's the floor finish that is the problem, not dirt per se. We didn't take out the all inclusive option, and were happy for it. It was a great value for money, but breakfast food was underwhelming, so if I can judge the dinner by same standards, I think we made the right choice to eat out.

Location is great, unlike other hotels, it has access to cooler sea water rather than the lagoon, although you can't really swim freely there as it is a marina and boats are passing by. I can't say whether the water was clean (ref boats), but there was certainly nothing floating in it.

First of all, we had a sea view room and it was incredible. Room was very clean and the view was to die for. Staff was VERY friendly, they were always smiling and always asking if we need anything. They also always try to engage in a conversation. Food was delicious!!!

The only thing that needs a bit of attention is the cleanliness of the rooms (smudges on the dresser/TV unit) and sheets/towels (but the hotel is not to blame in particular because the towels are all washable in one place in Gouna. The housekeeping promptly replaced them though upon my request.

The thing that really made this experience exceptional was the location. The hotel is located in an extremely nice spot with a direct water front and directly on the open sea, which makes the water clear and warm day round and just perfect for a swim. It's also right by the marina, and there are many restaurants, bars and cafes around; a spot that comes alive at night. It's an adults only hotel, which makes it quite fit for older family members. The staff is amazing; friendly and helpful and it applies across every department (waiters, chefs, animation team, and reception). Shout out to Alaa from the reception, he upgraded our room for free to a better view. The food was also great, I was impressed that there were dedicated panels for vegan in the breakfast and dinner buffet. For all inclusive, lunch was also great with a variety of choices and drinks are almost available round the clock by the beach. In the evening you can sometimes enjoy a show (singer/two-man band) and their program is always updated on an online platform (scannable by phone). Overall, an experience I would definitely repeat. My entire family thanks you for making our short trip together great!
