EgyptThe staff wasn't well trained. We asked for an upgrade and we even offered to pay, but the receptionist refused, explaining that they were fully occupied (which was not true, as we have booked 3 additional rooms over Booking.com as soon as he said so, just to prove that he was lying). The HK does not change the bed sheets nor the towels unless asked to, claiming that the hotel is an eco-friendly property! We also didn't like the fact the Chefs on the breakfast buffet are always trying to flirt with Egyptian girls/guests!
The location of the hotel is quite remarkable. The size of the rooms were OK, and the cleanliness was fine. The facilities of the hotel were also up to expectations.

Egypt1- no options to choose your room on Booking all with same rate however in reality there are sea view rooms - internal rooms with no view - marina view room we were a honeymooners we asked for a sea view room we got a marina view one which was OK but I hope to have a sea view one even if with more fees on Booking not on arrival 2- no drinks served with dinner for half board however there was a coffee machine in the restaurant and accessible to everyone but once we self use it we got the surprise that we are not allowed to use it was a bit embarrassing and not nice at all if you want to serve the full board only you can put it in the kitchen not in the restaurant 3- food was limited with no much varaites

EgyptMediocre Hotel, the rooms weren't ready at our time of arrival (and it was at the standard checkin time), access card system to the room doesn't work we had to change our cards several times, our bathroom smelled bad due to bad plumbing, bread wasn't consistently fresh in breakfast buffet. Windows aren't double-glazed you are living with the outside noise. Checkout experience was painful, we had to wait for 40 min until the bellboy came. Even the manager of the hotel wasn't there to address our issues. Shameful hospital standard in ElGouna and in Egypt. Overall very bad experience, not recommended.

Egyptthe Ac in the room didn’t work properly and I had to woke up so many times to restart it. The restaurant in the island had terrible food and they charged me for water and drinks even though I paid for all inclusive. it is too expensive for what you getting
