Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainOur main issue was that we felt that the room temperature was too warm. We understand that it was winter and it is cold outside, but we would have liked a way to turn down a little bit the temperature of the room. Also, we felt that there was not much air flow inside the room, so it felt a bit suffocating sometimes.

We didnt chose the right room , its near the street so all the vehicle noise especially the grabage truck is so disturbing and no adjustment of the heater.

When we arrived, we were unable to register or open the room door due to the need for an internet connection. Additionally, when I attempted to call customer support, the response time was long, and language barriers made communication challenging. To improve the experience for future guests, I would recommend: Pre-Arrival Instructions: It would be very helpful to receive a clear explanation of the check-in and room access process beforehand, so guests can be prepared to complete any necessary steps in advance. Alternative Access Options: If possible, providing a non-digital option (such as a key code or physical key) could be very beneficial, especially for guests who may not have internet access on arrival. App Development: An app with offline functionality or clear prompts could also be a great solution, allowing for smoother entry even without internet. Thank you for considering these suggestions. Despite the challenges we faced, we appreciate your team’s efforts and hope these adjustments can help enhance the guest experience.

NetherlandsThe hotel chain sent me too many unnecessary emails. Also the way to check in was difficult, I had to help many people that were trying to enter the building. It felt slightly unsafe to leave my stuff in the room since there was no reception or staff around. If you just need a place to lay your head down at the end of the day, it's okay, but that's about it.
The location of this stay was fine; nearby a metro station and many coffee and bakery spots. The room was small and not too comfortable, but it was okay if you're only there to sleep. There was some bonding between the people that were staying there because many had trouble to get into the hotel, which eventually was a blessing in disguise.

SpainThe checkin process was terrible. No one to talk to and the instructions for entry was poorly written. I spent too much time on a tight schedule to figure it out causing concern that I was getting scammed again like I was previously in Madrid when using booking.com. Eventually an another person staying there showed up and explained the entry. He explained that he too was confused the first time and required someone to explain it to him.

SpainHairs on the bed sheet, I found 2 bugs as well. The shower was clogged. No sound proof at all. You hear all the squeaking. Get yourself some ear plugs. And they should give a code, because it's really annoying having to go to your email every time you go to the bathroom.
The bed was comfortable enough. Check in was ok, I just needed to press a button in my email. The location is wonderful.
