    Very disappointed – we left after the first night. We are highly experienced travellers and have booked almost exclusively with Booking.com in over 40 countries with more than 500 hotel nights (not including business travel). We never complain, request to move out, ask for refunds or have any problems. With this apartment (and the hosts) we have been absolutely disappointed. Not only with the quality of the apartment details, but the amount of time, energy and frustration trying to get out of this place. We requested to leave after the very first night and the apartment refused to let us go. We were offered a “Superior Apartment” by the complex but we rejected it. The trust was gone based on the level of shortcuts, inaccurate descriptions and pictures posted on Booking (including the common areas – common areas are much more run down than the pictures show). We supplied accurate versions back to Booking.com. To get out of the reservation - we had to raise a complaint to Booking, supply pictures and document the state of the apartment and common areas. Fortunately, Booking reviewed our documentation, pictures and backed us up. We received a refund for the nights that we did not stay there and were allowed to leave (we left after the first night – next morning before 11am). Overall this apartment cuts corners in almost everything. It lacks the basic quality you would expect when booking a stay on Booking.com. Everything is old, second hand, random, broken OR the lowest quality or just missing. We are also extremely concerned about skipping the steps for sanitisation. We also provided examples. Items we could not take a picture of are: Hot water not working well – in the shower it goes hot and then cold without notice (please read the complaints/reviews about this issue back in 2020 on Booking – two years later it’s not fixed), mold smell in the sheets and towels and how uncomfortable the main bed is. The Terrace is not as decribed (see our pictures)
