There was a small misunderstanding with the online check in system but all sorted before arriving as staff responded to emails promptly.

Hotel is 10 mins walk to beach and 5-10 mins to restaurants, shops or bus stops to other towns. Staff was very attentive and considerate. Apartament and whole place were quite clean.

The only issue we had was the room was not cleaned as well as we would have hoped (one of the beds had sand and hair in the sheets) however the reception team were quick to resolve this and the next day the issue had been sorted so was not a problem.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool area and very friendly reception staff. There is a separate pool for adults. Our flight was late so we did not arrive until 9pm reception was closed but there was a number to call and the friendly night guard showed us to our room. Reception team were very helpful and allowed us to have late check out as our departure flight was not until the evening which we were very grateful for! Lovely facilities and the hotel itself is well kept. Lovely view from our balcony.

There are a few things that could be improved. The check-out process was unclear for us since we were leaving after 7 AM and the reception didn't open until 12 PM. There was no information on what to do in case of an early check-out. It would be helpful to have a drop box for room keys for guests who leave early. Fortunately, we found a man who seemed to be exiting the staff area and asked him for help, but he didn't look like a staff member, so I was later worried if we left the keys with the right person. Another issue was the cockroaches. We understand that the property is likely dealing with them by laying traps since we found dead ones on the terrace daily. However, if you get a ground-floor apartment, be prepared to keep the balcony doors closed as one did get into our room. Lastly, the air conditioning, although it looked functional, barely cooled the room. Fortunately, it wasn't extremely hot during our stay, but I think it's worth having maintenance check it. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for comfortable accommodation in Maspalomas.

We had a wonderful stay in Maspalomas. Although our ground-floor apartment didn't have a sea view, it more than made up for it with a huge terrace, which was much larger compared to the apartments on the upper floors. The terrace provided a great space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We picked up the keys from the reception, which opened at 12 PM. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops, and the Yumbo Centre. The breakfasts might have been the same every day, but there was a wide variety of options, so we could have something different each morning.

Location, aircon, wonderfully powerful shower, balcony, sunrises and sunsets, pools and such meticulous cleaning of the apartments, as well as the external areas washed and swept each day! Friendly housekeeping staff, welcoming receptionists and cute turtles in the pond! Beach towels provided! Shops and beaches are super close. Allowed me to use the shower after checkout before heading to airport. Really generous thank you so much.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective although thankfully it wasn't too hot during my trip. If it was hotter it would have been a challenge.

The first day I visited the bar next to pool on site, I ordered a couple of drinks and sat down, I lit a cigarette up and had more than one before being told I could not smoke, I apologised and said I didn't know, some signs would have been great, like in rooms there is a clear sign and other areas.

Excellent location, rooms are well looked after, my room was 313, reception staff were very helpful everything I spoke to them. Cleaning lady was lovely, always smiling even though we couldn't understand each other but we got there in the end.
