Decor is tired, facilities is limited washing machine with no washing powder, cooking no cooking oil also no condiment. It's OK on cleaning. The street is very noise at night til 1 - 1.30 am, it's not for you if you are an early bed person.

One sleeping room without outside window. We would recommend to provide basic cooking supply like salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and oil. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped.

Nice apartment in a nice surroundings with great connection to local transport network. A lot of shops and bars very close to find everything you need. Even a churro maker for nice breakfast. Easy and quick communication. Fully recommend for a stay.

The lady responsible for the cleaning and check-in and checkout was a bit rude. The mattresses were too soft. There is not so much hot water in the boiler.

The location is fantastic. It's near to a metro station and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars close by with a reasonable prices. The apartment is big, we stayed in 4 people comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped.

Apartment located in a strategic place, close to the metro and few steps from the Sagrada Familia, the neighborhood is very typical. The host is very helpful and easy to contact.

The bathroom has a very small window which in summer makes it really bad, it gets extremely hot in there. The WC is not correctly settle and all the water that you flush just comes out of it from the bottom and it's disgusting, all the bathroom gets wet.

Location is great, the neighbourhood is lively and nice. There are a lot of small shops, bakeries, restaurants and a great market.

Very spacious.hot water excellent. Heating was not great. The radiator in the room didnt work but he supplemented by providing two extra mini radiators. Kitchen great. Full sized single beds for kids. Huge bedroom overlooking the street. Huge terrace and working washer. The apartment was in first floor, no lift. Prepare to carry luggage thru narrow stairs. There's a 100 eur refundable deposit that wasn't mentioned earlier.

Location, location, location! The appartment was maybe less than 100m from metro station Clot. That means 2 stops on L2 from Sagrada Familia or approx. 7 stops on line L1 from city center. Small supermarket, bakery and 2 restaurants are just outside the door. The appartment is well equipped; towels and toiletteries are provided. We appreciated the washing machine. One bedroom has window to the pedestrian zone which is quite busy. The other one has only window leading to the eating corner and is therefore quieter. Jaume was fun and very helpful. This was my second time in Barcelona and I would take this appartment again

The bed quality is awful and there's big noise from the street with a lot of bars. We had really bad sleep experience and therefore our whole stay was ruined.

The host communication was nice and the keys handling was OK. Overall the neighborhood is fine and lively with an easy access to the metro.
