No Aircon, although it wasn't required as it wasn't very hot during our stay.

Our room was very cold and smells of damp and also located just above of the Italian restaurant within the hotel...so almost every night was very noisy till late night with loud singing, banging etc. Therefore was almost impossible to sleep.

The WiFi did not work and there was not always hot water in the shower.

The staff was lovely and helpful, and our room was clean. The location is not bad, beaches are close and there are some shops nearby as well. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

The location was alright, close to the beach, however some restaurants we're within walking distance. The shop and restaurant right at the hotel were useful in the cases where lazy kicks in.

They want it to charge for safe deposit box 15€ if you want it to use it - in the conditions that on booking this facility it’s not listed as to be extra. After 3 rounds speaking with 3 different people on the reception - I successfully got the service- without paying extra. So: as soon as long it’s not listed as an extra service I will not pay even 1€!

Initially we were given a room on the first floor which was ancient looking. However, afterwards we got another room which was very comfortable.

It is close to the beach, but bit of a walk to restaurants and bars. You can walk along the seaside promenade though, so it is actually enjoyable.

Staff was very accomodating, smiling and helpful Charming hotel, looks bit dated but very nice refurbished rooms, nice breakfastbuffet, swimming pool, bar, supermarket downstairs. We've really enjoyed our stay here!

I have stayed here 3 times before. However, this was not picked up. I wanted a room on floor 3 or above, but was given level 2. Previously I was given a better room with a better view of the sea. However, when I requested a higher level, they switched me to level 3. So good on them. Although the cleaners come in every day (which I did not need), they only have time to do a quick clean. I would suggest that they do a "good clean" less often. It would take longer, but "in-ground" stains would be removed and this would improve the overall cleanliness dramatically. Also, my room was directly above the area used for music on a Friday and Saturday. The music was not to my taste, but at least the guy on Friday could sing. Unfortunately, the lady on Saturday had no control of her voice and it was terrible. She even ended up singing with no audience at all. They need to review their entertainment programme.

Location is excellent. Just off the beach front with a sea view.

Not very clean, needs dusting and floor cleaning, cleaning every day but instead of making a bed I would prefer they will mop the floor. No kettle, only coffee maker. No information on the venues at the hotel, which will be handy.

Close to the beach, good location, of course depends what people looking for, but for us was perfect. Quiet location. Bar/restaurants staff are great! The shop and Italian restaurant at the grounds of the hotel so this was very handy. Parking is available on the street but sometimes it takes a time to find a space.

There seemed to be an issue with flies in the restorant going on food, which was not a pleasant sight, but with 3 small children who go.to bed early, we did not feel like going out to eat. Not much fun around for small children, i.e. playground or entertainment, unless you go to Maspalpomas, there was plenty to see and do, including a large, beautiful sandy beach.

Clean and spacious apartment. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children and we.particularly liked the location ot the hotel being so.close to the beach. Staff were.friendly, especially Ana at the restourant was very kind to.the children. Breakfast was fine, same.repetitive dishes, but again with 3 small children,we personally found it.convenient.
