Extra charges for everything, Car Parking, Baby Cot, Breakfast etc. Air Conditioning was lukewarm. Bin trucks doing collections at 1am in the night. VERY disturbing. Breakfast is poor, not granola or fresh yoghurt. Fruit selection very limited. Pool area could be better as they have no recline beds which was strange. Advertised a laundry service but didnt have any. Had to carry laundry through the main street to find laundrette.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Avi at reception, the lady at the bar who helped me with my Spanish pronunciation and the lovely friendly household staff. They make the place very happy and a lovely place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The terrace off our room was a perfect size and gave us a bit of extra space. The staff were really friendly and kind, especially towards the kids. We had breakfast included as part of our package and I would recommend this, we loved going for breakfast then to the Pool! There is a pool and a small kids pool, our kids aged 2 & 4 had so much fun. The hotel was run efficiently and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the free bikes are terrible, better off spending 20 euros to rent one. The soundproofing between rooms is not great, but since it’s a family oriented hotel we had no problems with noise.

Good location, clean and large room, food better than some higher rated hotels we’ve stayed at. Super and nice and friendly staff. Unbeatable value for money. Almost wan’t to give them a bad review to keep this a hidden gem

This is a decent hotel, Location is very good. There are some plusses and minus, but overall the hotel is not outstanding. AC good enough 2 bedroom enough space Location good, 5 minutes to beach and less to shops around. Supermarket close by Fast heating kitchen top and enough kitchenware Clean otherwise

It’s the second time we have stayed and it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent and the hotel although busy, is wonderfully quiet at night. The shower is super strong and the apartments are very clean. Also, the staff are very friendly!

The food wasn’t very tasty and I know hotel are struggling to overcome the affects of covid, however, unless you are spending in their hotel you dont get as good a service and it made us feel uncomfortable.

The location was nice, we got to explained the more traditional side of Calella and the shops were fab. The hotel was spotless and the pool was lovely.

The room was clean when we first entered, but the next days the cleaning was clearly done in a hurry (and with a mop that left a lot of hair that belonged to someone else). They did not notice that we had run out of shower gel, but it was fixed with a quick call to the reception. The room phone was filthy. At the bar they asked us for the room number, so we expected the bar bill to be charged to the room, but no: you have to pay on the spot (not a big deal, but it was confusing). There's a kids playroom but, when my son wanted to use it, it was closed as someone booked it for a business meeting (It was pretty disappointing for my son).

The swimming pools are amazing and clean. The breakfast is good, but after a while it gets a tad repetitive. The staff is super friendly and helpful (they speak a ton of languages). The location is excellent (10min from the train station, 20min from the beach, 5min from a good supermarket and from the main shopping street). They approved our early check-in, so we could use the room as soon as we arrived. The beds are comfortable (including the sofa bed) and the terrace was amazing (we chose the premium junior suite with pool view).

The staff was really helpful by check in and out. The size of the apartment for a fresh married couple absolutely good. Also the balcony had a good size. All the housekeeping crew were really friendly and had always a smile. All in all we can say it is a great spot to be.

The personnel of the hotel is fantastic. Everyone were so kind and helpful. There's a nice pool area, surprisingly never really crowded despite our stay there in the mid of the summer. Very good breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from.
