The hotel is in a great location, right by a beautiful cove with clear waters, making it perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The family rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options that catered to both adults and children. The hotel is also fantastic for families, offering all the facilities kids need to stay entertained. The kids' club, playground, and pools kept our little ones happy and busy throughout our stay.

The spa facilities could have been better for the price of €12 per hour considering we paid for an all inclusive package. The air conditioning in our bedroom was very noisy.

Variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. Plus the entertainment throughout the day and evening was fun. We had the room facing the beach/sea view which meant at night the room was quiet as we didn't get the noise from the pool side. The hotel is positioned right next to the beach so we could go to the beach straight from our hotel!

Lack of toilets in the public areas. The beach wasn't as nice this time. The water was more cloudy. Not the hotels fault as probably down to bad weather.

Room was clean and nicely presented. I had a superior room and it had a great view onto the beach. Preferred this to the Oceanfront we had last time. Food was good. Could imagine if you were staying longer it could get a bit repetitive. There was always a good choice to eat. I really liked the snack bar options as could just go help yourself. Staff were excellent. The var staff were very quick and efficient and no long queues to get a drink.

our room had a view of the roof of the lower floor, we saw wires, air conditioners and slate( this roof blocked the entire view of the bay and trees

We were here with family in the first week of august. the hotel is quite good for the money. there are several swimming pools for adults and children. the food was repetitive but always fresh, we did not go hungry. very friendly and welcoming staff, there is a play area for children and even a small playground with swings.

Due to being build on a cliff side, the pool & sun beds are in the shade until lunchtime. Rooms would benefit from having tea and coffee making facilities.

Food was good. Hotel was right next to a lovely little beach. Lovely & relaxing location.

The rose wine was not my taste as I prefer a clear rose. It is a shame that the restaurant is so noisy and it was difficult to have a table outside as quite a small terrace. The shower in suite 3302 was not very powerful and there was a bad smell for the first 2 days. I asked reception for air freshener but it was not brought to the room

If you prefer more restaurants and bars with typical city centre, Cala Vinas is not that place. This area is quiet and you are mainly spending time on the beach and Occidental Resort.

Cala Vinas is nice quiet location. Occidental is nice hotel with amazing view on the beach.

Old air conditioning in the room which works very loud. Strong smell of sewage in the room. Also, some personnel at the bar was rude and unfriendly.

Room should be more clean in check-in. Some Superior appartament have bad view from the balcony. As a result, it was not critical, but it made a bad impression when check-in.

Perfect meals, entertainments, very suitable for family, good organized zones, pleasant staff. Close to the see and swimming pools you can use both even with children, stunning views.

Staff didn’t explain us well where to get beach towels when we checked in, and it was annoying to figure out ourselves as reception was far from our room.

Good value for money, comfortable room with huge bed. AC and shower were good. Food buffet is fine, enough options for everyone. Sandy beach is 1 min only away from the hotel was pretty good

Room had a lot of ants. 20 euros to rent two sunbeds for the day is a bit expensive in my opinion. Walls are quite thin so we often woke up from children screaming outside. Gym had very little equipment.

Pools too small for the number of guests. Struggle to find a lounger. Both pools busy. One near the kids area and the other where the activities take place. Smell of sewage by our room. We were only there for 2 nights, butt had we stayed longer and spent more time in the room it would have been a real issue Air Conditioning not very good

Location is lovely, Staff and entertainment excellent, Food not big choice but what they had was very good., Clean everywhere, Room was a good size and nicely done. Comfy bed, Liked that you could help yourself to beer and wine during meals. Rather than having to wait to be served
