There is a bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom pipes in the room. The smell is disgusting.

The location is really in an odd corner in mallorca. Wish this was closer towards other beaches/strips.

the hotel has 3 blocks of rooms, the second one faces the loading bay and from 8 am onwards it gets really noisy but the hotel offered us to change room if we wanted when we discussed this with them in regards to food, I am vegetarian, and the name plaques with food that contained the ingredients sometimes did not have meat or fish and ended up having so they need to clear better what ingredients each food has also our room did not lock the door, and we took naps after lunch and even if we put the not to come in (sleep) sign because we do not find necessary for the room to be cleaned everyday (we asked for every day) they would knock and open the door because the lock did not work which made us uncomfortable and also the people cleaning. this can easily be fixed if they sort the lock.

-the location next to a bay and a few steps only from the beach -the food and cocktails were amazing and there was variety even for me being a vegetarian -there are two pools, one with the people animating which is more noisy and another one which is quiet the whole day which we appreciated!

I went during school holidays and the groups were noisy and often. My bad though for not thinking that through.

Food was excellent on most days, for all meals - you just have to take it all in and choose wisely! Vicinity to the beach - which is breathtakingly beautiful The room is spot on with a nice view from the roomy balcony Comfy beds and pillows spa is lush

Breakfast was a tad confusing - wasn’t sure if I could sit anywhere or if I needed to check in when I got there

the location right next to the beach was superb! the staff were so lovely and when I noted that I was a solo traveller and requested a sea view room if available, they did so without hesitation. They were extremely friendly and even booked a taxi for my two friends who dropped me at the hotel on their way to the airport.

The food was OK but often ran out early, the bars and restaurants were understaffed- most meal times we didn’t get served drinks.

The location next to the beach is fantastic and very accessible.

Constant failure in the elevators, several of them out of service, room air conditioner out of service luckily we could leave the doors of the balcony open, jacuzzi out of service and no explanation why....

Aircon in the room could be a bit stronger but nothing else to note!

The staff, the food, the location, the sea, the entertainment day and night. Our room was also very big and clean. We loved it so much we are coming back for the 3rd time in 12 months in June 2025 :) cannot wait!

Rooms definitely needs some updating, as much as all other hotel facilities. It's like back -> to the past hotel, like 20 years

Only a few “-”: - Quite far from the bus stop, the nearest stop was an 18 minute walk. - There was noise from the animation show in the evening until midnight, and in the morning there was noise from the cleaning carts in the hallway.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. We were lucky because our room was far away from the entertainment area and with an amazing view of the sea. - The room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. - The food was good, mostly the dishes were repetitive except for a few, but overall we were not bored and everyone could find something to taste. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient. - One minute to a beautiful clean beach with crystal clear water. - Lots of different areas (several bars, restaurant, 2 pools) and entertainment from animators. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

Very noisy in the evening. Not suitable with kids. Could not sleep until 11 because of noisy entertainment shows.

I was not really looking for the activities and unfortunately these continue to quite late into the night by block 2. It would of been great to be given an option to be further away from the noise

It’s pretty boring for a couple to stay in this hotel , as it’s not much going on . Unless u like bingo . Few shows were ok . Now the worst part . FOOD!!!! I’m sorry but this is basic ever food I had . Tuff meat , unseasoned fish . Duck was so hard we could t even bite it and served as massive piece. Veal was almost rare , even for me who like medium steaks that was way to raw.Overcooked pasta and rice . Each time when I sow sea food paella there was only rice left as other ppl were helping themselves with seafood out of there . I think dish like this should be served my chef. Very similar food every day . Unfortunately very tasteless. Another thing we found very strange we only could get coffee breakfast time . For lunch and dinner coffee and tea machine was blocked and cups covered with towels. They server lots of sweet stuff but no coffee. Basically have it with water , wine or beer . Breakfast was ok, but I guess u can’t go wrong with eggs and bacon. One good thing was is fresh bread and bread rolls. So we had it with butter. That was our dinner .Very uncomfortable. We ended up eating outside. Wouldn’t come back sorry .

Location is very beautiful and quiet, but better to get car if u planning to visit other beaches. We had beautiful sea view

I liked everything about the hotel. There isn’t much hotel parking but plenty of parking near by in safe residential street.

A lovely hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. Good quiet location, right by the beach. Lots of choice with food, very well run restaurant. Nice range of all inclusive drinks. Good entertainment.
