We only stayed for one night as we were booking into a villa with family the day after. We had a great stay and the room was excellent - comfy bed, clean and spacious bathroom, good coffee, nice outdoor seating area and the hotel is in a great central location. Breakfast the following day was good.

Saltwater pool freezing. Evening buffet absolute horrible everyone was talking about it. Would stay again on a B&B basis.

Friendly staff, nice location, in the center of Corralejo shopping and amusement area, walking distance from several beaches. Exceptionally good dinners and breakfasts. Kids club was amazing.

Spacious, clean, modern and plenty of outside space. Lovely restaurant/breakfast room. Plenty to choose from. Dinky little balcony which we read for a while after breakfast. Staff lovely. I would definitely return and I would recommend it.

Small thing: the bathroom has frosted glass door and a glass towards the living room. If you want to use the bathroom in the night, and turn the light on, both rooms were lit up - not so good if you travel with children who wake up from the light😕 Also our children’s sofa bed was really bad, uncomfortable and squeaky noise every time they turned or moved😅

Everything. The location, the cleanliness, the way the hotel is built (just two rooms on top of each other and not a big building with many floors), the staff was friendly, especially the reception staff. We had half pension with buffet and it was quite nice too. Also was great that there was cleaning every day and they did not make a big fuss about the towels. The bath towels were changed every day and the beach towels could be changed at the lifeguard at any times. We tried other places where it was very limited how and when you change the towels.

I arrived to be welcomed by the most friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was not ready but was offered a drink and 15 minutes later my deluxe room was ready. Such a nice stay for my last night of holiday. Mexican themed dinner was second to none. Fabulous breakfast too. Very nice pool, comfy room and balcony and amazing shower. Thanks also for the courtesy room to shower before my flight post check out.

Shame that the people at breakfast they were so rude . We arrived late the night before , My kids were really tired from the travelling till late at night , I asked if I could bring something to eat in the room as they would have skipped breakfast, they were really rude and then they also accused me to wanted take a vantage and bring a lot of food for a lot of ppl and they were so rude !! Travelling with young kids is not easy , at least they could show some empathy

Lovely hotel rooms, we had a living room with a sofa bed. Terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds. Lovely big bathroom Breakfast was amazing Hotel welcomed us with appletiser, chocolate, bag, hat and a lovely note. Amazing area, by the shops, beach, lots of restaurants.... everything

Great hotel, staff really helpful and friendly. Lots of activities for kids and adults, good evening entertainment. Spacious room that was very clean. Right in the middle of shopping district yet quiet. 10mins walk to the beach. Met a few residents who say they come back every year. We would definitely come back.

This Hotel is amazing everything about it was brilliant,it's spotlessly Clean breakfast great pool bar has great food very reasonable prices it's our 4 time there and it's always lovely restaurant in the hotel as well serve great food if you want you can have the room cleaned every day tea coffee provided, pool fab 2 children pool's, lots of Supermarket restaurants shops Front of the road it's a very clean place and very Quiet at night I would give this fantastic hotel a 10 Star rating enjoy...😍🍾🌹😎😎🤠🤠
