United Kingdomthe only downside we found is that our room was a bit far from the restaurant and the main entrance, but nobody’s fault.
the property delivers in everything it promises to. The facilities are brand new and are well kept, same for the rooms. the restaurant area is great and the quality of food is amazing. we’ve been to a different hotel in fuerteventura and there’s no comparison with Barceló, Barcelo is much much better, for less money. the staff at reception are very polite and accommodating, and the cleaning and restaurant staff is great too. We’ve been gifted a bottle of brut for my birthday and that was a much much appreciated little gift. we highly recommend it.

IrelandOnly downside was the price. It was a little expensive but then again our stay coincided with New Year's Eve, so that may explain high price.
Fabulous hotel. Great staff: very helpful and friendly. Paula at reception was excellent. Pool was great. Room and balcony excellent. Great food and service in hotel. Yoga (on air boards) in swimming pool was a great experience. The instructress (think her name was Emmi ?) was excellent.

Everything. Amazing staff, always willing to help and give you the best possible advice. The cleaning team is doing an astounding job and also being environmental friendly. The bistro offers good food, traditional and also gourmet dishes. Rooms were quiet, and the location is just perfect for beach, shopping, and restaurants. Public transport is easily accessible. My best Barceló experience, so far.

United KingdomWhat we didn't like was during the evening the live entertainment was outside near the pool, It was very loud and you could hear it when in the room. Most of the rooms surround the pool. After a long day of sightseeing we just wanted to chill some evenings and relax and not hear all the music. I do think the entertainment should be inside somewhere away from the rooms. It did get annoying. The old problem of people grabbing sunbeds was annoying too. Guests leaving towels on the beds all day. The hotel has a policy that staff would remove any left towels unused after 30 minutes but this wasn't being enforced when we were at pool side. Luckily there were enough sunbeds but the ones left were in the corner or on the other side of the pool where there wasn't as much sun. A little frustrating, I think the Hotel Should of been stricter with this policy. Not as bad as other places I have seen though.
Staff were all very lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. So much choice, The waiters and waitresses were quick to take away used plates and coffee mugs when we finished eating. They were really on point. The Hotel was really clean. The Reception staff were really helpful, very pleasant to talk to and really went the extra mile to help us with any questions we had.

United KingdomBit more privacy in the balcony area. Could be seen by neighbours f they were on their deckchairs and you were in the hot tub.
Room was excellent, large bed, large safe and large fridge, smart bathroom and outside area very good save perhaps a bit more privacy on outside. Breakfast food consistently good . Evening meals were good but not exceptional. One night too much red pepper in food in various dishes and my partner is allergic to capsicum peppers.

HungaryThe staff was extremly friendly. We have spent our honeymoon at the hotel and we've received a special welcome surprise as well. The food and the catering were excellent! The room was tidy and cosy. The entertainments and the programs were really great and diverse. The location of the hotel is super, the main street is just next to it, also beaches are nearby.

IrelandPool water was too salty. WiFi was very unreliable and considering the price we paid, I expected a reliable internet connection. Also having to pay an additional 3 euro a day for the use of an in room safe is unbecoming of an upmarket hotel.
