If I HAVe to say something, it’s that, it is not located in the epicenter of the things to see in Madrid, but it’s close enough if you are ok with taking public transit.

It’s hard to say what I didn’t like because the hotel, its location, the cleanliness and the staff was perfect. Would definitely go again if I travel to Madrid again.

The employees made it all worth while. Very professional and super knowledgeable. The family suite was excellent. The pool, fantastic. We only ate one time in the hotel and the portions were huge. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The guy checking the cleanliness of the rooms entered the room without knocking, without warning, as if he was entering his own room - this should not happen, very uncomfortable situation. Poor communication between reception and restaurant - twice they claimed that we didn't have breakfast, even though we had paid for it, and each time we had to wait for someone to call and confirm that it had been already paid.

Outstanding service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly the lady responsible for the 7th floor (721). She was incredibly helpful and reliable, ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-organized. Her attention to detail and dedication to her work should not get unnoticed. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the room was perfectly prepared, with a crib already set up for my baby. Additionally, the breakfasts at Barcelo Imagine were very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

Very clean & modern hotel, feels completely new, located a few meters from the Chamartin train station (very convenient for train trips for further destinations). A pretty short drive from the airport. The check-in was efficient and fast, the rooms are spacious and spotless clean, a wonderful shower, a refreshing large pool. Excellent hotel, efficient, clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with really fun themed decor. The rooms were immaculate with plenty of complementary toiletries and other extras. The pool area was stunning, with towels provided for guests. Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
