There isn't a store for last min needs although we were right a across the street from a pharmacy, however we did have to travel a bit to get chargers for our phones and few other last min things from nearby stores.

We stayed in a room with a deluxe king bed which was very comfortable. We opted to pay for the daily breakfast option and got room service for some of the nights and the food was exceptional. Breakfast options were very good as well. This hotel is 5min from the metro making it very easy to travel where we wanted to go!

One of my best experiences in a hotel ever, the concept of music is sublime and the option to actually play the instruments was inspiring. Location was right next to a train station easy to travel and food and breakfast was super tasty with great variety and options. Staff were super nice and in general really great value for money. I'm totally gonna return to this one !

Unfortunately, there is building work right next to the hotel, between the hotel and the station. We didn't hear much noise from this, but it was a bit unsightly and meant that our privacy in the room was affected due to builders working on the structure just across the street from our room.

Lovely spacious room and large comfy bed, with great furnishings and decor. En suite modern and spacious. 3 armchairs in the room! Music theme was lots of fun and done really well. Everything was spotless. The ground floor public areas were lovely, modern, fun music instruments and decor, bar was welcoming for a snack or nightcap. Location was great as we were using Chamartin Station and metro, which is just 5 minutes walk. You can get into the city centre easily from here. There are some nice restaurants 10 min walk away.

The room service was really bland, and not satisfying. Wish there had been an extra blanket offered already in the room, but I am sure they would have provided one had I asked. The amount of emails I got from the hotel was annoying, very quick unsubscribe. There were no local tv channels provided to browse.

The size of the room, dark curtains, breakfast buffet, sauna, gym and rooftop views were all spectacular. Super beautiful floor layout, spacious and the amenties in the room were very generous + appreciated. Staff were very lovely.

The location from plaza mayor we ended up having to get alot taxis.

Great customer service, room upgrade was well worth the extra money as well. will be back with my partner in the near future. Sauna was one off the nicest ive ever encountered.

My room was slightly too warm for a northern European. Opening the window would have been possible but it would have meant city noise and light from outside. The airco was operational, but in spite of putting it on 18 degrees, the room temp would stay at around 21 degrees. The wifi pretends to be 'open', but you have to leave your email address to get access so it's less open than pretended because used for marketing purposes. Regarding breakfast, I would have preferred to simply pay everything at check-out, instead of having to pay breakfast 'on the spot' when entering the breakfast room. Luckily I brought my credit card to breakfast. This also leads to some confusion with guests because they already asked me if I was going to have breakfast at check-in (I confirmed).

Hotel with a nice atmosphere around the theme of "music" (don't worry, it's not noisy). Large bedroom with excellent quality of bed, quiet, curtains close well so can be made dark, very quiet with the windows closed, excellent bathroom. Great and very complete breakfast buffet with muesli, nuts, fresh fruits, real orange juice (from oranges), a 'live cook' making you an omelet (you hardly find that anywhere nowadays).

Because of the music spirit of the hotel, light music sounded everywhere all day long.

The hotel is located at the business district of Madrid, 5 minutes walking distance from Chamartin central train and subway station, very convenient not only to commute to the city centre but also to visit nearby cities. The room was spacious enough with nice furniture and quiet. The breakfast, althougt it costed 25€, was very satisfying offering a big variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife finds the pillow a bit too soft for her liking. Though, I had no problem with the pillow. Breakfast starts at 8.00 am over the weekends, we had just a few quick bites on last Sat because we had to travel to another meeting point in Madrid for a guided day tour with a check in time of 8.30 am (it took nearly 20 minutes by car between the hotel and the meeting place). It would be nice if they could start the breakfast at 7.30 am instead. That said, I appreciate this is probably more a business hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Chamartin train station which is super convenient for us as we take several daily excursion to nearby cities by train. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and the breads in particular are very good. Though, the baked beans were just lukewarm, could have done a bit better here.

Far away from the touristy area of Madrid.

Room was very spacious for a regular double room -- felt luxurious. Nice products in the bathrooms. Good hotel amenities -- nice pool, gym. Great breakfast buffet. Check out isn't until noon and they have a ton of lovely lobby spaces for doing work. Hotel is close to the train station and the airport, so good for a quick business trip.

I liked the music theme throughout. Staff was incredibly helpful, concierge in particular. Pool was lovely. Loved our room, especially liked the unique tub shower room.
