It was a pity that we only had to stay one night there.

Barcelo sants feels like a space station and we personally loved this setting/theme! There was even an arcade machine in the lobby. Our room had a great view on the surrounding area and was wonderful, especially at night. Beds were very comfortable and we were supplied with three different pillows for our convenience (this was truly unique in all our travels so far). Room was very clean with all the amenities provided. Train station is literally underneath the hotel (there was no noise though), offering a 10min, 1 stop trip to the city center (Plaza Catalunya), along with connections to the airport and elsewhere. Metro station is 5 min away. Overall excellent location but probably not for walking to the city center. Our experience has been great, there was nothing bad to say and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Location was close to the metro station. Clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and stuff supportive. We had brokastis there as well-definetly can recommend to include breakfast there - as You can find something for different tast. And save the time searching for breakfast location.

The room was spacious with a huge bed. I'd booked a twin & we had 2 singles together. The room was like a mini suite & unexpected. Absolutely beautiful. Great location above Sants railway station so a must when travelling by train.

excellent option to overnight before/after train as the hotel is attached to the train station (you have to go outside for 50 meters). very comfortable and well thought out also - thank you for the conditioner in the shower - as a women it’s very much appreciated!!

Reception is a bit slow, if you in a hurry allow little bit more time for yourself. One thing I personally was not happy about is that it was not possible to open a window to allow flow of the fresh air. The "space theme" was a bit annoying at first but then we got used to it.

Excellent location, clean rooms, quite soundproof, at least no noise from surrounding train station area. Surprisingly good wifi which is unusual for the hotel of this size. It is quite close to center, if you like walking there are great routes if not there are number of public transport options.

check in and out took forever! When I checked in the clerk took my credit card info and then when I checked out, the clerk asked for my card again for the room taxes- what’s the point of doing it twice? just slowed everything down. A couple other employees I asked a question of were not polite. The whole place but especially the lobby smelled funky. I think it was the cleaning product they used but it was over-powering and unpleasant.

Check in took ages (even compared with other hotels in Spain), and as a result there was a long queue. The lift was dodgy - at one point going to the floor we needed but the doors didn’t open and we went from floor to floor. Design of the room wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste - wash basin in the room, loo in a sort of sentry box (anyone turning on the light to see what they were doing would wake their partner in the night) and the shower was in effect in the room too - ok for couples but friends might not feel so comfortable. Very much a conference hotel. Although built over the station it’s actually quite difficult to get into via a narrow corridor

Right over the station perfect for overnights between trains in Barcelona. Very extensive breakfast, items replenished immediately without customers having to ask . Tables cleared promptly. Well run. The view from our room right over the city to Sagrada Familiar was super. In fact once we got used to the space ship theme and the quirky layout, we came to like the feel of the room.

Was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite at check in. The suite was amazing with lots of space and some unexecpted nice touches. This also came with complimentary breakfast. Couldnt have wished for a better end to my trip to Barcelona

Talk about luxury! This hotel was amazing - the comfiest beds, large rainfall shower, conveniently above the train station (no noise from this) and very quiet. They even delivered us a special honeymoon gift of strawberries dipped in chocolate and a bottle of champagne. Very spoilt! Definitely stay here!!
