Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI feel a bit claustrophobic in lifts so I took the emergency stairs, but the air there was especially hot & stuffy, as we had a really warm couple of days in Barcelona. This made it exhausting to go upstairs to my fourth floor every time. Other than that I had a really good stay. The two complimentary water bottles made up for it too!
Breakfast was excellent and delicious. As a vegan I had plenty of plant milks to choose from, as well as fresh fruit, bread, nuts, salad, dried fruits etc.

SerbiaIt was our second time stay this year and the hotel is just with everything that you need. Very very clean rooms, with amenities that you need while traveling. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows we slept on. The location is great is you are about to use Sants station or travel to the airport. Also metro lines are just inside the Sants station, great to connect to other parts of the city. AC was working just fine, perfectly to refresh the rooms during those hot days. 10/10 and will return here again for sure.

United KingdomI wanted to give this place a 9 but the soundproofing could be much much better. Because it was centrally located, there was a fun fair when we stayed and the noises lasted until after 1am. What was was though was the sound from the corridors in the morning which disturbed our sleep.
Cool space theme. Rooms were convenient and functional. Comfortable big bed. Loved the view from the room-saw the Sagrada familia rise above the other buildings. Breakfast was abundant and had a great variety to choose from; the cheese and cold cuts and the fresh honey were great. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

United KingdomFrom the moment we arrived and saw the theme of the hotel we looked forward to seeing what it had to offer. Clearly sign-posted from Barcelona Sants train station, one might think that a 'Space Station' theme was too out there. How wrong we were as we looked round in amazement at the lobby while waiting to check in. Our room exceeded all of our expectations, starting with the doors along the landing corridor. It had one of the largest beds I've ever seen, and an awesome shower room. The layout was simple but very effective and you wouldn't know you were situated above a major train terminus the soundproofing is that effective. We went to the bar, where the whole 'Less is More' philosophy applies, and ordered drinks and food - both of which were served quickly and exactly to order. The only negative thing i have to say about this hotel is that i was sad we only spent one night there. We will DEFINITELY be returning.
