Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe water temperature in the shower could have been more consistent, if I had stayed longer than one night I may have mentioned this to reception as it may have just been a fault in my room.
The staff were very friendly and the location excellent when arriving by train (the hotel is above the station). The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view over the city. The breakfast was excellent with great variety and the friendly egg chef makes omelettes to your exact specifications.

United StatesThe location is not the most picturesque, but we knew that before going in. However, it is well connected via subway lines and there is taxi galore. The spaceship vibe is fun. The room was large (with comfy king size bed), clean and in good condition. Most important to us, it was QUIET. After 4 night in a more romantic, better situated (?) boutique hotel where we were awaked for a few hours every night by street cleaning, garbage removal and a vibrating A/C unit, the silence was bliss.

we had a family room. It had two rooms with a connectiong door. The two washrooms came in extremely hamdy when getting ready. The room was extremely clean. Location was very convenient. it is a little difficult to find when coming from the train station. But asked someone working at the station and she gave directions. Look for the H sign and then when you walk towards it ,you will see TAXI written on the wall. Take that corridor and it will lead you outside. Hotel is to the left. The hotel has a space ,star wars theme. Liked the way they have kept up with the theme in designing the rooms. Beds were comfortable. loved the rain shower.

SpainIt was a surprise to arrive and learn this is a very space themed hotel. Like, the staff have nasa-like patches on their uniforms, the elevators are 'boarding gates', there is an astronaut statue in the lobby. For me, it was a fun touch of whimsy for what would otherwise be a boring but functional commuter hotel, located right at the train station. I appreciated they stored my bag for free after check-out, as my train wasn't till the evening.

Super friendly staff, very comfortable beds. A bit confusing that during the night you can turn on the light in the room, if your head is too close to headboard ;) but this was an adventure.

CanadaIt was a bit tricky to find access to the reception upon leaving the station. The reception is on the first floor (for North Americas it is a second floor) and from the station level it is accessible only by a narrow hallway and an elevator. I was wondering how I would call Uber as I was not sure where would they arrive; on the ground floor or the first floor that seemed to have a parking in front of it.
The property has fantastic soundproofing, my room was very quiet, with a decent view as well. The proximity to the train station was a big factor for me as I was taking a train the next day. There is a bit of construction around the property that forces you walk around it, but it is not the hotel's fault. The room has a modern decor and is very functional.
