Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Kingdomroom quite small, breakfast was a bun fight as full of parties of teenagers. obviously the hotel takes heaving discounted group bookings, which is fine, but we were paying full whack for what is a conference hotel no proper restaurant to have dinner in the evening

RomaniaAfter you wait until 15.00 oclock to receive your Room, You find that you can enter your room between 14-20.00...so its possibile to be 20.00...and for this you pay quite a big price. The young people from reception, very nice BUT verrrrrrry slow...you can spend hours for an invoice or for explaining them that you are with a group and you pay for all.
The style of the room is nice, the bad supper confortable. The place in Barcelona is very good, you can be directly in train station and take your train where do you want to go.

GermanyIt’s not possible to sleep in this hotel in the morning because of the loud cleaning next door and on the floor above. Someone is moving chairs every morning and keeping us awake. Even ear plugs don’t help. We also got dirty pillow cases. Not for this price!!!

FranceWe booked this hotel for two specific reasons. Firstly because it was a significant birthday for me and we love Barcelona access by train and secondly, it was a recce visit so that we could see if it would be suitable for a meet-up with an american friend next March/April/ We will NOT be booking!! Why not? From the web we gathered that the restaurant was extremely good with chef-prepared means. On our first night the restaurant was closed. Brilliant. Happily your desk staff were able to point us at another restaurant not too far away. Really not ideal though. and you need to look at how info and the web site is updated. Finally, we received two emails from the hotel suggesting that we could register on-line. Unfortunately, these arrived after we arrived home1 Oh, I forgot, our "City View" was a car park and various high rise buildings - not what we expected at all/view"
To have the hotel above the station was really useful. Our room was OK and the staff were too. The breakfast facilities were excellent which is more than can be said of the restaurant!!

CanadaBreakfast was a bit hit and miss. Good pastries but 'hot' food poor and lukewarm at best. Noise flowed through from rooms next door and particularly through the corridor. I knew the people next door were watching a football match for example.
Staff were very helpful, bed was comfortable and air conditioning is very effective.

The location is great, under of the hotel there are a train station where made easy the displacement, related to breakfast, there are a big option of fruits, hot plates and cold plates for all tastes.

United KingdomThe room had a small toilet 'unit' and a shower 'unit' opening straight out into the room - it wasn't a proper ensuite separate room. Overall, I'd say the room was on the small side (especially if you have lots of luggage)
A curious hotel - on a theme os 'space' and 'space travel'. It was a strange mixture of corporate conference facility and Disney theme hotel. The theming didn't do anything for me but it was inoffensive. The bed was very large and comfortable, the room 'compact - Location for the railway station was excellent - part of the same building in fact. So travel by rail and metro was super easy.

United KingdomHaving never been to the main station before I did get a bit confused locating the entrance as did google maps. I should’ve looked for the signs so perhaps more info from hotel could have helped. To be honest I found the whole space theme as bit odd. It reminded me if being in theme park. It would be ideal for Star Wars conventions but it’s not to my taste. In the same way the eating area was reminiscent of the intergalactica canteen or for the workers at NASA not for mainstream travellers. I did not feel inclined to linger in the hotel as it was so impersonal for a solo traveller.
The location was ideal for my needs.

United StatesArrived at room and A/C was not working. Thermostat was set to 18C but it felt more like 25C in the room. Because it was set so low it seemed to me that previous guests also had an issue. Went out for several hours, and came back, no change. Called front desk and they said they would check with maintenance and call back. After 30 min and no response, my spouse went down to the front desk and requested a new room, which they then gave us. New room was smaller but at least the A/C worked.
If you are travelling by train and need a place to stay near the train station, the location of this hotel is perfect. Staff was very polite, personable, and accommodating.

United KingdomIt is totally overpriced, a soulless, large conference hotel for businesses and travellers needing a night's stay to catch an early train. The restaurant is like a cafeteria, with piped music. There are video games machines in the lobby and a curious galaxy/sci fi theme going on. Overall it feels rather tacky.
Convenient location if you are getting an early train as it sits on top of the station. Much like a 3 star airport hotel. The staff were pleasant and the bed comfortable but not much else to recommend it.

PortugalOn the particular room I stayed I could distinctly hear water being flushed at night. The soundproofing worked for street noise but not that well for the room next door. The check-in took around 30 minutes during which we just stayed there waiting without any remarks or explanation as to why.
The hotel is modern and the whole space theme is fun. The location is convenient especially if you are travelling by train. The room was comfortable with the expected amenities but didn't feel "deluxe" in any way.
