The room felt small and inadequate space in shower. Shower and toilet had no locks or place to hang change of clothes. If you are with a young kid, the kid may end up trying to come to the bathroom and accidentally open when you are taking a toilet break. Not so funny, so give an option to lock. The way to find the hotel first time coming out of the public transport station is really bad. We asked three security guards one information staff and finally found the entry walking around. There are plenty of no go zones so it takes some efforts to figure this out.

The location was splendid. Located just above the main station, you have easy 24h access to public transport along with about 4 different restaurants in the ground floor. The breakfast buffet was elaborate. You have everything offered - fruits, cereal, eggs, pancake, churro, meat, cooked vegetarian, vegan, meat dishes, desserts, take away packets of biscuits, chocolates. The room was adequate but the view from the room was great spanning the Temple of the sacred heart of Jesus on left to the Montjuic castle on the right and the La Sagrada familia monument in the center. Everything is at few km distance but the view is worth it.

The elevators are shaking, and not just one of them is shaking. Better look into them.

The location is fantastic. It's literally on top of the railway station and next to the bus station, so it's just one minute's walk to the railway station, metro station and bus station. It's easy to grab food from the railway station. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is not new (anymore) and you can see some wear and tear. We travelled in a group of 4, booked 3 rooms, and the strangest thing was that the rooms came with different standard (although the booking said otherwise). Also, my room was not fully ready, and some of the items were not on their spots (I had stayed in the hotel before).

The hotel is perfectly situated over the Barcelona Sants station (metro lines, regional and fast trains). The amenities in the hotel are sufficient, the staff helpful and breakfast very good (except for coffee). T

Breakfast starts too late if you ask me @07:00 so if you have an early train you’d miss it and they don’t really have an option to have you take packed breakfast with you although lady that serves breakfast was lovely and allowed me to take what I want I could only take few fruits with me. This was my second stay in two years and it was kind of sad to see that many fittings inside the room have greatly deteriorated. For example shower fittings had their chrome falling off, socket meant for hair dryer didn’t work and was very loose, there were scuffs and marks everywhere around the room and room bar only had two bottles of still water inside. PS. Please take this constructively I really wanna come back and not find it more deteriorated but neither more expensive 😊

As a lover of everything Outer Space this is the most amazing design every hotel has ever had, at least of all the ones I stayed in. It’s really inspiring and mind blowing at first sight. Location is amazing as I was traveling by train through Barcelona and this hotel is located on top of the main train station it is the only logical choice. Breakfast is also the most amazing breakfast you can get with something for every taste. You even have the most amazing choice of pillows for a comfortable sleep and bed was very comfortable too.

I’d like to see them do more to reduce plastic - there were 2 bottles of water in the fridge, they must go through so many bottle and it’s essentially single-use plastic. I’d like to see a water filter available instead, so people can refill the glasses n their room. This could be on each floor.

You need to outline the steps in the entry lounge> they could (Are) too hard to see and people could take a bad fall on The same can be said for the ones out onto the footpath.
