Only the cost of the parking as mentioned above. Other than that no complaints.

The staff on the reception were very helpful in sorting out an alternative room when we realised the upgraded on they allocated had a double bed rather than the twin beds requested for my son and I. I did feel the parking was a bit expensive, @ Euros 17, but EV charging was available without charge so that compensated. We were late for lunch but they still served us and accommodating in the evening. The food was really good and decent value. The location was really convenient for us as we were travelling across the country.

On our way to Northern Europe, we always make a stopover at Barcelo Caceres, and we are never disappointed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is super. The place hotel is modern, but you feel at home. And the staff is friendly and helpful, (professional)

The only downside was the location. It was a good 30-minute walk into town centre. However, the upside of this is that parking at the hotel is very convenient compared to town centre hotels.

Rooms are beautiful, well designed, large and clean. Well exceeded my expectation. Public area is spacious and stylish. Had a light meal and some drinks at the bar downstairs, which was very good and reasonably priced. Staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was good, they even upgraded us to a better room. I didn't have breakfast, but my husband who did said it wasn't very good

Great hotel, with nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very good. It's the perfect hotel for a stop between Lisbon and Madrid.

The breakfast is buffet style and there was a huge option of meats, cheeses, pastries, hot counter. Tea,coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice is unlimited.

Very little we did not like. The pool was closed from 1st October- huge pity as the temperature during our stay in Caceres was 30˚C at least and a swim would have ben great. The gym was well above average for a hotel but there was no air conditioning which was a problem in the extreme heat.

Very easy access from the N66. Modern hotel. Airy room with small balcony and great fixtures, especially brilliant shower. Welcoming friendly staff. The best breakfast I can remember in a hotel with huge choice.

I couldn’t fault anything.

I had booked quite a few overnight stays, on a road trip to Portugal. all of the hotels were four stars. This was one of the few, which lived up to it’s rating.

Nice large hotel with a great pool and large spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception. Great value for money !! The town of Cáceres itself is beautiful, some great restaurants.
