Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe hairdryers really need an upgrade. The waiting staff in the restaurant weren't that friendly and you would have to wait for a while to get the bill or to ask for a drink etc.
The beds were very comfy, nice sheets and towels. The pool staff were very nice and reception were helpful.

Wow. After motorbiking through Morocco, this was a super bit of luxury. Private parking in the basement which you need to pay for, but don't! You can squeeze a motorcycle past the barrier! Huge rooms with massive bathrooms. A lovely bar with burgers and a full service restaurant. Buffet breakfast is something else. It is possibly the biggest and most far ranging breakfast I have ever had. There was EVERYTHING! It's in the middle of a residential area though, so not a lot to do outside of the hotel itself.

SpainThere is no carpet in the corridor and you can hear everyone passing by, the hotel's internet is very weak and does not work most of the time, the faucets are not adjusted, the glasses in the room were stained and not completely clean.

United KingdomOne of the lifts to our bedroom was not working for all 13 days we staying in the hotel. Breakfast was not as good as previous visits. Scrambled eggs cold. Often a long wait to get fried eggs. TV exclusively Spanish apart from one news programme. No sport.

United KingdomMy bedroom door wouldn't shut or lock, they were full on the first night of my stay so couldn't move me. You can easily pass under the balcony separators to move from balcony to balcony so after a party started on a balcony a few doors down I couldn't sleep all night knowing it wouldn't take much for someone to enter my room. It ruined my first night & I got no sleep. In my opinion I should'nt have had to pay for that first night accommodation. After chasing the Manager for 2 days I eventually found another deputy to speak to about my upset, she said that because I'd booked through booking.com & the commission had already been taken they couldn't refund (approx £100). I was really disappointed & just felt the whole thing had been dealt with really poorly. I accepted a free lunch instead but this wasn't a fraction of the room total & wasn't what I wanted. One to beware of!
I've stayed before, rooms are clean, facilities good. Breakfast is fantastic.

SwitzerlandNOT CLEAN AT ALL IT WAS DISGUSTING (feces+ hair in the toilet, hairs everywhere, nails, dust, stains, nasty door handles, …), staff was NOT NICE AT ALL and very slow, POOL WAS CLOSED, stay + parking too expensive for what it was. Outdated, the grout in the shower was coming off, and for the balconies: no privacy as you can see the other guests next to you!!!
Area is quiet, rooms and the hotel are roomy, convenient parking just downstairs.

MoroccoUnfortunately the staff, especially a lady host guest who was either not professional or racist. When came to réception to extend our stay She completely omitted and rejected the recommandation of her colleague who confirmed that we can extend the stay without changing the room by coming to desk the day after to confirm the parement. When we came, she was in a very aggressive and not and she didn’t even want to contact her colleague to validate. It is sorry for such establishment to have such unpleasant service. So we obliged to change the room and waste time and postpone our meeting calendar of the day due to unprofessional person.

BahrainHear my disappointing experience with hotel Staff at reception we booked two rooms for 4 adults and we were 3 adults 1 child 7 years and an 1 year old infant they insisted for us to pay 50 euros for the child .. although we booked an extra space. For the infant they refused to give us crib for free although clearly mentioned it’s free for children to have cribs . This kind of things very uncomfortable for family with kids we want to have a good helping hotel to provide truth in booking.com they provided only lies to trick us after we booked and paid in advance. Location is the worst no public transport around you will be stuck with ordering taxis all your stay .
