The WiFi is very unstable

I recomanded the place the metro line is close and the beach too.We have a small isue with the room and they upgrade us our room to prenium one,we spend some time to the pooll and the view was very good.Evrything was great.

Should place some more sun beds next to the pool as 6 is very little for such a large hotel. could only lay down once.

very nice room and close to the beach looked just like it did in the pictures, very nice clean room, this hotel is a bit more out of the way, close to the beach, but not the main tourist part of the beach which is good, also why it is so much cheaper for a hotel with a rooftop pool close to the beach than the ones in the really touristy areas.

The beds where very comfy and spacious, air-con worked great. The room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. very close to convenience store, Metro, and beach.

My request for earlier check-in was not answered. Even after arrival I had to wait in the lobby and the room was not even ready at promised time 2pm.

Not very close to the city center, but there are busses, underground train and trams near the hotel. Therefore, one can reach the city center within about 20 minutes. The wi-fi connection was not very convenient (we had to log in every evening with the password, that is, it was impossible to stay online).

In our opinion, a perfect hotel. Very delicious breakfast, daily room service, no technical problems in the room, many TV channels, hotel very close to the beach. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. Public transport everywhere around the hotel. Also, the hotel was comparatively inexpensive.

The extra bed for the kid was placed next to the full height window which didnt feel very secure. and the room space was very tight with all those three beds. The door in the bathroom has no lock - that is the worst life experience if you are travelling with a toddler, trust me. The hotel charges 50 euros safe deposit and I expect the room to be working just fine in this case, but the tower holder in bathroom was broken and the wardrobe was not closing to the end. The breakfast is good enough even though the coffee machines require some love.

I cannot say that the hotel was very good unfortunately. We were 3 people - 2 adults and one kid of 4 years old. One can easily get anywhere by metro or busses which are really cheap in Barcelona, and on the same time you have a sea coast just 5 mins walk from the hotel. In general, I think I'd select some private host with a kitchen and washing machine next time as it is more relevant to my needs.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and metro station, very safe. The personal was very helpful every time. Good breakfast, multiple options from which to choose. Nice pool and terase.

Friendly welcoming team and very accommodating. Very comfortable bed pillows and shower. We will definitely come back to stay here. Extra thanks to Xavi who was always very helpful and lovely customer service. Great location in Poble Nou with lovely cafes doted around and Gandhi park near by.
