Understandbly closed during thw off-peak season, but one of the pools wasn't open and the rooftop pool was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested, so on a sunny day it did get crowded and people had to be turned away given the small space.

Very friendly staff and a good location for the metro and for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was incredibly clean.

I found the hotel to be very good. Location was only ok, a 20 minutes metro to the centre which was fine for me. I didn't use housekeeping as I had enough towels and stuff for my length of stay so I can't judge but the room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of cafes in the area for breakfast and late night nightcap if needed. Not the prettiest of areas but safe and close to the beach

Hotel is quite old and furniture needs some replacement or repair. Doors in bathroom did not close well so water leaks out. window wasn’t clean as well, but in a few days they cleaned it

When I had initially arrived, the windows in the rooms were closed off. In the sense, they couldn't be opened. The first night, I had called the reception and they arranged someone to come upstairs and manually open the window for us with some screw drivers but on the second day they refused to do that. Their ACs are central so we couldn't switch it on and because I was visiting in winter, they only had heaters on. I am someone who doesn't really get cold and it was a bummer for me so I can't sleep without any AC on. Thankfully, they had resolved the issue by changing up the room with one that had a balcony and I was able to keep it open the entire night just so that I can sleep. It was the perfect solution for me and everything went smoothly from then on.

The breakfast was amazing! I love that they had non-pork options, which was very hard to find in other hotels after I had left this one to Madrid. They had waffles and strawberries every single morning, along with different options for milk and the view in the morning by the windows was so calming. The staff is absolutely friendly and had resolved the issue I was facing pretty quickly. Another nice thing was everything in their mini bar was on the house. The location was a little bit far off the center, but that's exactly what I liked about it because it made it less crowded than the rest of the places that I have been to. Another bonus for me was having a Primark right there, it was in the mall that's right next to the hotel. We don't have any Primarks in the Middle East so it's one of the places I have to visit when I am in Europe.

The floors were dirty in the room, but what left a not so pleasant impression was the lack of customer focus. I pointed out that my husband and I have the same birthday, which we met at the hotel. I was routinely offered additional services. And when we made a check-in, once again reminded that it was our birthday, the administrator indifferently sent us after 10 am to the department that provides services on a paid basis. I myself work in the hospitality industry, and we always make pleasant compliments for guests on the occasion of the holiday. For a hotel like this, it's worth nothing. Sometimes it is enough to lay out towels in the form of a flower. and lift the guest's spirits.

The restaurant was not great. We had so many delicious foods in Barcelona! The last night we decided to eat at the hotel for convenience and it was tasteless. We both left 90% of it and wasted 40 euros. This was the only downside of our whole stay!

The pool was nice and the rooms were clean! Loved the view from the pool/room window and enjoyed being close to the beach!

- localisation far from city center or airport - hotel promote theirself using photos of jacuzzi, but there is no jacuzzi for guests, just some in very privat apartment - lack of kettle - lack of good light in room - primitive and poor shower cabine - littlebit old and not fresh furniture
