The inner store of my room needs some repairs.

Ideal location near the company I visited for work. The room with see view and blue sky is always a plus when you come from the north of Europe.

I found the bathroom part of the room unusual and as I was with a friend it was uncomfortable as there was little privacy

The view was amazing, it was outside the centre of the city so was quiet at night and I loved that it was close to the sea. Public transport was outside the door

I stayed for a few days in the hotel and experienced a few shifts of front desk staff. The gentlemen helped me checked in on my arrival was very inpatient to me. I assume it was the extra effort on communicating for him because I can't speak Spanish. One small thing bothered me was there was no plates or cutlery in the room. When I asked the front desk about it a lady told me to call room service myself. Most of the hotels I have been to would have sort it out for me. And when I called room service asking if I can have a spoon in my room because I want to eat some yogurt they told me I would have to pay for having a spoon in my room. I am not very experienced with hotels' set up in Spain but in the UK and Ireland even in a 2 star hotel room there would be a tea trap with cups and tea spoons. I wouldn't mind paying a few extra euros while I already spent 700 for the room. Although I can't understand the logic of this as a hotel should try to make our stay as comfortable as they could. The top floor gym and pool is fairly small. The view of the pool is not as nice as the photo on the website as it is a bit old. Final thing is the sound proof is not so good. I can hear people knocking door very clearly during late nights and the water flashing down from upstairs woke me up in the midnight. I thought there was a leak... Although if I can't find 4 star hotels for the same price I would probably come back again. You get what you pay for...

I would never bother writing a review for hotels unless it extremely disappointed me. Well I guess This is a bit different. I am a big fan of Spain. I love the weather, the food, the people, and the vibe. I hope every visitor can enjoy Spain as much as I do by reading my reviews and choose what is or not for you. The location of the hotel is not near the city center but there is metro station 3 mins away where you can easily get to the city in 20 mins. Also it is close to the beach which is great for the price. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful except one gentlemen always seemed a bit upset to me. Maybe it was just his personality. The size of the room is nice and the level of clean is good in general. There is a mall next to the hotel where you can find a massive local supermarket. It is convenient to buy some stuff that you forget to pack or something to drink.

Great overall view of Barcelona, we had an amazing sea view room with balcony on the 23rd floor which added to our stay. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly.

it was under maintenance. some facilities not avalable (sauna, roof bar, etc). very slow lifts (24 floors). not accepting booking upgrade of room and free breakfast. some wear of the room (water noise from toilet)

Pool is wonderful and views from the roof and rooms are stunning. Cleaners were wonderful! Staff very helpful in allowing us to move rooms due to loud construction work on the floor we were staying on. Issue resolved promptly.

That our pre-booked transfer to the airport never turned up. Luckily we were well-organised, and managed to find another way. It turned out to be an error by a member of staff.

The set-up, size and view from the room. All essentials - a desk to work from with a large window to view the city and sunset from, a shower and toilet area separate, and could be given further privacy with blinds, a fridge and a large bed. I especially loved that the staff fulfilled a special request to leave pictures of Freddie Mercury and Annie Lennox in both my room and my friend's room. We also tried to enjoy a sunrise swim in the rooftop pool the morning we were leaving, but it was so cold, we were back inside 3 minutes before sunrise 🌅 😂.

I book 2 rooms one for my 2 sons and one for me, my wife and 6 year old daughter but they not provide me additional mattress/ bed for my 6 year child so I have to pay and book a new room and not help out and not cooperate with me to switch three bed room or to provide additional bed/Matress in same room.

Location is excellent. Hotel is clean and room size is good.

- Even though the hotel was fully paid prior arrival, they did send me an email that I have couple of hours to pay otherwise it will be cancelled, and then after spending couple of minutes and couple of € in the phone they found out that I had paid, but this was stressful to receive 1-2 day prior arrival. - The bed was not comfortable at all for a 4 star hotel. - There was only one bar working (on the reception floor)

The pool was a bit too cold (for a heated pool) and closes at 7pm, you have to 'plan' some time to enjoy to pool.

sThe room is ok, nothing special. The location e really good near the Tram and Metro station, also a lot of night bus line. The room view is amazing I woke up I could directly see the sea. The hotel itself has a beautiful view from the top floor which everyone have access.

Very small room. Outdated interior. No place to seat except one small chair. The toilet and bathroom has only glass walls not connected to the ceiling. The sink also is divided to the room with glass and electric shades
