The bar area was rather soulless and not a convivial place to socialise.

Equidistant between Guggenheim and old town. Good sized and clean room with good facilities and comfortable bed and bedding. Problem with the air conditioning was quickly resolved. Helpful and friendly staff. Really good breakfast selection. Good value.

Hotel was well located for central Bilbao area. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful, a huge selection for any taste.

Not getting the bed type you requested as you were one of the last check ins. The bar staff and no existent wine list in. 4 star hotel.

Dinner was mediocre at best and the menu was limited. Reception staff were not well trained or friendly. On leaving had to pay parking when a staff member told me it was free !

Great location and a great city to visit. Very near to the river and museum and the old city The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. Tea/ coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was very good

The bathroom lights could do with being a little brighter

Excellent location for the Guggenheim, old town and the city centre. Our room was quiet and a good size. Ample storage space, plus a fridge & kettle.

Nothing springs to mind and we didn't eat in the hotel to pass on comment on the dining room experience.

Central in a nice area of city. River in front of hotel is ideal if for walks. Location is perfect. Bedroom was a good size and walk in shower was excellent. Bed also worth a mention as huge!! Facilities available are perfect.

The air-conditioning didn't work. The sink is so small it splashes everywhere.

impossible to stop the car on the street.We had to drive three times in front of the hotel before finaly discovering that the parking is on site.The parking should be better advertised.

It was close to 30c and unseasonably warm for April which was lovely but the rooms were very warm. Great that you can open windows wide but the air con was not working in the hotel and although this was the hotel policy due to the season they could have provided fans.

Location is brilliant. In between the new and old town. Quiet and friendly service. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable modern rooms with excellent beds.

Because of the above the hotel is used by upmarket tour groups so there were occasionally very noisy gatherings in the hallway at mealtimes

We were initially given a bedroom with twin beds (despite having requested a double). When we asked about it, we were moved to another room. This room was less nice than the original one. Very basic furniture. Was expecting a nicer setting for a 4 star hotel. The room was also quite hot a night but we could leave the window open which made it ok. The rest was perfect!

Perfectly located right in the centre at a walking distance from the main touristy hotspots. The hotel is beautiful and offers a lot of facilities like a restaurant and a bar downstairs. The room was super quiet which meant we could have a very nice sleep. The bed was very big and very comfortable.
