Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoI booked the hotel because booking stated that it had parking, but once I was there, they told me that the parking was full and they offer no options to resolve such matter. I booked through Booking but when I got there the reservation system they used was not updated and it took them about an hour to actually find my reservation and let me check in - not pleasant at all.

It was superb. Nice and cool in the hotel as we were there during a heatwave. The hotel is in a perfect position with a short walk to the old town and across the pedestrian bridge to some lovely restaurants and bars. We ate in the hotel which was good and the breakfast was superb. Our room was good with air con, great shower mini fridge and comfy bed. Didn’t have a view as such but didn’t matter. We loved Bilbao and the staff were really pleasant.

United KingdomOne of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had private parking but when we arrived, just half an hour after check-in time, the sign said it was full. I enquired at reception and they confirmed it was full but after getting directions to a public car park the sign suddenly said there were spaces. So we parked up and the car park was practically empty. Dozens of spaces. There's something wrong with their car parking because we checked a couple more times when the sign said it was full and in fact it was quite empty. At 27 Euros per night the hotel is missing out on custom!
We reserved this hotel using our phone app which meant it was about 30 Euros less than it was on our iPad which made it a real bargain. The room was huge and very clean and modern.
