We thought it was a bit pricy for a single room with a shared bathroom. The room we had had door between the beds but we're broken. Even though they were supposed to fix them, the did not. In one of the bathroom, the shower was way too small.

The place was clean and it was a great location with many restaurants near by. I booked via booking.com and it came up under hostel but found out on site it was a hotel but the booking was easy.

The shower in one of the shared bathrooms was very small. Also, no fault of the property itself, but the neighbours were very loud.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect! It was nice that there were 2 shared bathrooms.

The bed was quite narrow & small. While the pictures on booking, there he bed appears really much bigger. There were only 4 coat racks. The room & the corridor were generally quite noisy. We could practically hear our neighbours’ conversations.

The location is great. Staff was really friendly. Bathrooms and rooms were clean. There was a mini fridge with water bottles, coffee machine and tea. We had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs it was really cute. They provided us with enough & clear information upon arrival (how we could enter the building & get the keys etc).

I don't know why the hotel tax was 7e per person per night. From what I've seen the rates are 6.45 for 5*hotels. Given this is simply a converted residence to a single room with shared bathroom i felt it excessive. I paid it but still got a reminder to pay it. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear every door open and close, despite that, slept ok other than a few slams here and there but generally that's the norm in these places

The location is good with some real gems of restaurants around. Enjoyed the balcony and has the sunrise and was lovely temperature in early may. The lady receptionist was friendly and helpful. The 2 shared bathrooms were kept clean. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom but it didn't pose much of an issue as the guests were also curtious and they were available most of the time . Rooms cleaned with coffee top ups each day was a nice touch.

The room isn't very soundproof, so if someone is playing music or chatting in the hallway, it is quite audible. However, at the time I lived, the tenants are considerate and they didn't play music too late or too early

The door was quite shabby and definitely not soundproof - people slamming the door and using the shared bathrooms all night long disturbed our sleep, especially that our room was right next to both of them, additionally the water draining off in pipes made very loud noises. No kettle available - there could be at least one available in the corridor. There is no staff on the premises, so leaving your luggage in the corridor after checking out felt risky. The window and balcony facing a wall of the opposite building.

Very clean, great location, supermarket nearby, elevator in the building, towels changed every day, basic toiletries available (soap & shampoo), coffee machine, pods and sugar available, self check-in and precise instructions.

The doors are squeaky so you could hear all the other guest going in and out of rooms throughout the night. Might just need an oil.

Very clean room and comfortable mattress. The rooms are tided each day and fresh towels given with complimentary water bottles which is lovely. It is in a very central locations making it easy to get around.

Very clean. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean ( respectful guests also helped with this). Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent, near a couple of metro stations. Staff were very helpful and very responsive to requests. Room had air conditioning and a very small fridge.

Great location. It wasn’t my first time at Bruc&Bruc. For me, great value for money considering the location and quality of accommodation. The triple bedroom was super nice and comfortable for 3. It was very clean, had a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs, a mini fridge (super useful), and enough space to store some luggage, not much though.

The shower needed to be cleaner, and the decor and furniture were too basic. The place in general seems very old.

Only maybe that the wooden table at my room didn't have really clean surface – but it's wooden so I understand that it's hard to maintain its quality.

This is a great value for money. My room was fresh and cozy and very clean. I enjoyed the bed comfort and the design. There were no private bathroom but I found shared bathroom to be clean and nice, and I didn't have any inconveniences with using it.
