This was half my fault but I hadn't seen their message on booking.com before my stay and they had asked for my flight number. I actually arrived after reception had closed, and they hadn't messaged me that I had to pick up my keys from reception. No one answered the phone so I had to spend half an hour to find the closed reception which had my keys in an envelope outside. This was partly my fault but I think that they could have at least messaged me to say where the keys would be.

Very large apartments. Clean, good facilities. In a good location to explore the rest of the island. Friendly reception staff. There was a large heated pool though we didn't use it in the end. There is ample parking on the road, and there is a large car park at the end of the road. It is close to Costa Teguise with lots of good restaurants.

Very quiet, pool bar open at sporadic times. No entertainment/activities. No toilet by pool.

Great location. Really quiet street only minutes walk from beaches, supermarket and bus stop. Great restaurants at the end of the road. The staff were lovely and really helpful. I would definitely recommend Mariela's barbecue on Wednesday nights. Pool is a good size and temperature. Couldn't have asked for anything else.

Was initially, without consultation located in sister complex over the road. This Apartment was very dated and nowhere near the same standard as the apartment booked. After complaint the following morning I was immediately relocated to my original booking. Unfortunately the door lock also broke on the bathroom to my apartment, leaving me trapped inside for 6 hours. Although hotel management were concerned about my wellbeing and were to make planning changes to all apartments this was not a pleasant experience. Given both of the above I, was surprised not to be offered some form of compensation, a credit for a future stay for example. Despite this, I would conclude to say I WOULD DEFINATELY recommend this complex and happily stay again.

Staff very helpful to deal with things that didn't go well. Complex very quiet. Lovely pool and little bar/kiosk. Location fantastic. Are clearly looking to improve this site which is already of a good standard.

Everything at Camel Springs was lovely. Beautiful plants and palm trees in and around the apartments. Spacious, clean 2 comfy bed apartment with everything needed and sun lounges, table and chairs on lovely large terrace. Nice little bar serving food and drinks at affordable prices at pool. Short pleasant walk into town with plenty of shops, bars and eateries. All staff friendly and helpful. Transport from and to apartments. Thanks and regards to all for our lovely break away at Camel Springs Club.

Only thing is day 4 we had to go down and ask for fresh towels .with 4 Adults in the Aparment this was poor 1 towel change out in a week is shocking . And we also asked for fresh linen on beds we were told that when u stay for only a week u don't get fresh bed change this was poor also . I'm not going to run the place down over this but it don't take much to change out the linen mid week . And I've always had towels changed out every 2nd day I'd still recomend this place if u can look past this as everything else was good

Biggest 2 bed Apartment we have ever stayed in . Its a nice quite place no panic with getting a pool lounger . Pool bar was good . Shout out to mariella also behind the bar .I asked for top floor I got it thank you .on arrival at 1130am our Apartment was ready this was an added bonus .its what u pay for you get its not the Ritz but as I said u get what u pay for . The staff at reception were very nice

There was no oven or washing machine, which we were aware of. Apartment could have done with some updated appliances I.e kettle and toaster and maybe a fresh coat of paint, but nothing major.

More sturdy umbrellas needed as not much shade in the afternoon and because of the windy the current umbrellas aren’t suitable also a freshen up of the apartment half way through your stay would be great

Perfect location you don’t need to rush for sun beds as there are always plenty, love mariellas bar, a peaceful location and the apartments are huge, great for families

Apartment is a bit outdated. But most annoying was that there weren´t even a soape to wash hands - we arrived on the late night and had to go to market to buy soape. Also duvet covers would have been nice to have. Really do not want to sleep with uncovered blanket that some strangers had used before me.

Complex was in good location, apartment had a nice view and staff was very helpful. By the pool there were a lot of pool toys for the kids.

Bit of a hike to nearest supermarket. We arrived late evening problems with flight...struggled to even get water..

Loved the quietness great for families..good size pool. Apartment was very dated but spotless fresh towels middle of week...friendly staff...barbecue mid week was good value...the apartment gardens were beautiful and the sunsets from balcony amazing..
