The property was a little tired in places, however, it was exceptionally clean.

The property was clean and tidy. The apartment was spacious, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Lovely swimming pool. Reception opening hours were great and the staff really helpful. Really nice to have a little pool side bar. For a 2* place it exceeded my expectations. 7 minute walk to the town centre in a quiet area - perfect!

The only thing we were wary of were the tiled stairs - slippery when it has rained.

An excellent alternative to our usual hotel stay, we loved the complete “home” facilities that provided a great base. The pool was great, fine outlook and views, and when the weather became fickle as it can in springtime, we were comfortable in the apartment. Mainly older clientele (like us) so lovely and quiet. Well located too.

The apartment smelled stale when we entered it and we needed to throw open all the doors and windows to get some fresh air in. The apartment was very hot as well and despite the open doors and windows, there was no air coming in from outside as we were faced away from the direction of the wind which we could both hear and see from the trees bowing their heads. We literally kept the balcony doors and other windows open all night to be able to sleep as the heat in the apartment was suffocating. THERE WERE NO FANS IN THE APARTMENT and no air-conditioning either. On reporting our discomfort to reception the next morning, they said they don't provide fans. The worst was the offensive smell of sewage that was pouring into the apartment from the drainage below. It just made the entire stay really difficult. On reporting to reception the next day, they did promise to check it out and sent an engineer for issue assessment before we checked out. If planning to self-cater, which we didn't, the facilities available are very limited - one tiny pot and one tiny pan.

The apartment was average size and the two bathrooms was a plus for our family size. The area was good and we loved the sea view from the balcony. The staff were also very friendly, courteous and kindly extended our checkout time to 1pm as we arrived very late the previous night (nearly midnight). Beach and shops/restaurants are only a short walking distance from the property which is great! The on-site pool was very inviting but we didn't get to use it as our stay wasn't long enough (one night). Reception staff are very helpful, within the limits of the services they provide.

I hate negativity and don't find it easy to give criticism but these apartments are desperately needing full time cleaners. We arrived early evening to collect our key from reception which was closed with a note telling us 'upgraded to superior apartment for one night'. The apartment was filthy with very dated furniture and mismatched colours. Looked like anything they acquired over the years was in there. The two sofa's were so old and dirty we wouldn't sit on them. There was a huge broken crack the length of the lounge window full of cobwebs. The kitchen was dark and unpleasant along with the large black round glass dining table with four padded chairs (see pictures)They had an extra seat pad added to tied on which were very badly stained lifted hem and find under to the original seat full of stains and filthy . The ensuite bathroom smelled so bad we couldn't use it. The small bedroom was really only fit for two kids not adults but ok sheets were clean at least but brown cover needing good wash. We moved to our other apartment after checking it out whilst cleaner was there. The apartment was brighter and nicer furniture but unfortunately the brown very old sofa's were not clean. They are fit for the bin didn't sit on them once. At the back covered in what looked like dandruff (see picture). Two bedrooms were clean but small one very hot at night as can't open patio door as bed pushed beside it. Brown throw removed as unclean could see not been washed. Washed the outside patio chairs with bleach as arms sticking to them due to dirt and grime.(see picture) The saga continues so cutting to the chase cleaning was due every third day! Forget that we got toilet roll replaced and that was that. Asked at reception for clean towels which we got and requested clean for following day and the next day so on . Ended up cleaning our own bathroom etc etc.

The positives of these apartments are the lovely reception staff Alberto and especially Nestar who were doing there best to get things right but unfortunately due to very little staff failed. The location is perfect and a close walk to the centre of resort and beaches. A couple of very good restaurants at bottom of road.

Loved that although the complex seemed out of the way, it's actually extreamly close to everything. Staff are so nice and very helpful. Apartmenths are extreamly clean and have everything needed. The pool bar is great, and food is great value. I'll definitely be returning a couple of times next year .
