More ventilation in our bathroom- it was hard to dry anything!

The staff were amazing, super friendly and we felt really relaxed and at home. Great variety of places to chill out and gorgeous pools. Food was fantastic and we loved the wine list and drinks options. Stunning hotel

Cleanliness: for this price it is not acceptable to find dead flies in the room. Plastic water bottles next to the pool are free but not eco friendly and should be replaced with glass/ reusable ones

Great breakfast with lots of options and amazing coffee. staff is just lovely, always helpful and friendly (restaurant and reception). Venue is out of this world. You can use the amenities from the sister hotel (bar, restaurant, pool) which we loved as well

mattresses are somewhat on the rigid side and not that comfortable. pricing is high and can only partly be justified in our opinion.

We've been here for the second time and are still in awe for the location of Can Simoneta - unbeatable on Mallorca. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff everywhere. The Mexican restaurant is outstanding and highly recommended. and for us best of all: Adults Only - exclusively

I missed a little more vegan options for breakfast

Can Simoneta is a truly unique spot. Its location is simply stunning, offering peace and tranquility. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home and happy throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

It's a beautiful place, nice & romantic atmosphere! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast (buffet + á alacarte). Stunning view :) Also is possible use their next luxury resort. On every room is a L'occitane cosmetic. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Wonderful hotel! The place is so beautiful with a great view on the ocean. Very nice confortable rooms. The staff is very attentive and professional. The restaurant is outstanding! The breakfast incredible, so was lunch and dinner. We had the tasting menu: what an experience!

to lable room 25 a Junior suite is a bit of a stretch. it is directly under the roof and most definitely nothing for tall people. the bathroom is very compact and in need of a touch up. the bed's matress is on the rigid side. being no fan of carpets this needs to come out in our opinion.

outstanding hotel with fantastic staff and of course the location is magical and unbeatable. very good high end Mexican restaurant on site. great Margaritas! amazing breakfast buffet with changing options every day.

They did not have any spare phone charges, or ability to get any. We had one charger but it broke during the trip and so we could not charge our phones. We had three small children at home being looked after by grandparents, and a business to manage, and so the ability to have working phones was very important. We could leave phones in reception to charge, but i would suggest the hotel invest in several spare charges to ensure guests can stay connected. When one is paying £1000+ per night, i would expect this service. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
