I really liked the friendly and professional behavior of the staff. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the cakes, croissants, and tea were all delicious. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Room was a little on the warm side & couldn't get the air con any cooler but it didn't really affect us. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great location. Clean & tidy room, perfect for what we needed it for (especially having a private bathroom as I found it difficult to find in other hotels/hostals within our budget) communal areas (terrace & kitchen area) were always clean & well stocked with individually wrapped pastries. Great communication leading up to arrival, easy to find & access. Quiet area at night & always felt safe wandering around.

Great location, comfortable room. Lovely coffee area with coffee and drinks constantly available and microwave and toaster so good for a little own simple food. Took before Marathon. Fab location for marathon and city. One downside, bathroom area rather tired and in need of update. But useable and great overall.

City centre, metro station and placa Catalunya at the walking distance, yet situated in a calm street. Room comfortable, spotlessly clean. Our room came with a lovely balcony and city view. Staff always happy to help. Back terrace was amazing. Will definitely recommend and certainly will come again.

Staffs was very friendly and helpful, when we opened the property door you felt the cleaning and fresh nice smell. Iron and iron board was it the reception area. The terrace was very big.

we stayed for two nights ,it was perfect for 2 people, location very good coach and underground station near the property. The room was very clean and tidy up. The snacks and coffee free, breakfast at 8 am.

Lovely staff, location excellent Spotlessly clean rooms & dining area Very large terrace for guest to enjoy. Safe area of Barcelona, if we return to Barcelona we would most definitely stay here again & recommend to family & friends. Lovely big twin room, excellent shower in a modern clean bathroom. Liked it was a couple of steps up to wardrobe area & bathroom. Made the space seem a lot larger

The hotel is in the center, the location is perfect. You can reach all of the sights by foot. The guy that was there was very kind and helpful. The room is small, but comfortable and clean for short stay in Barcelona We enjoyed our stay.

My room had a frosted window which had no view when opened, so there was no real natural light in the room. In addition, the electrical connection from the hairdryer had come off the wall, exposing wires. This did not look safe, so I did not use the hair dryer.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger room, a double rather than single. It was reasonably spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. It was lovely to have a communal space, not only where coffee, tea and hot chocolate could be made, but where pastries, biscuits and toast were freely available throughout the day. The location was excellent with many bars and cafes nearby and less than a kilometre from Plaza Catalunya. I would stay here again.

Room was right beside kitchen which disrupted sleep from 6:30-7 in the morning Pillows were poor and bed was uncomfortable which lead to waking up regularly during the night

The bedside shelf fell off the wall with little pressure. I hope we don’t get charged for the repair, because it has obviously been cheaply fixed at least once before.

It was in a great location, and it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go by foot or metro (it was right by a metro station). The room was basic, tho comfortable enough, and stayed nice and dark in the mornings. The terrace was a wonderful place to chill with a cup of coffee from the cool coffee machine (any kind of espresso drink you want) and wrapped pastries that were always available. The restaurant recommendations were spot-on, especially the paella place on the beach. Our concierge, Itam, was helpful, if not super friendly. Perhaps if he smiled more 😜

Great location close to attractions. Staff were very helpful. Coffee and pastries available 24 Hours. Room was clean. A little bit on the small side. Close to rails and bus links.
