- The reception is in another building, but pretty close to the accommodation, the only inconvenience is that you have to around with your luggage (+ the elevators are very small). - There was an issue with the door of the shower: there was a gap and the water kept getting all over the bathroom. -When we arrived the balcony door was left opened and it took almost 3 days to get the room to a warm temperature (the remote to the AC was missing) -The fridge was not that cold enough ( the wether outside during the night felt colder). It might be an issue if you travel with some medicine that needs constant chilly temperature

+The location of the accommodation is fantastic (just 10-15 min walk to Casa Batllo). +Everything was very clean starting with the room, bathroom and the hallway. +The stuff was really kind and let us keep the luggage at the reception on the day of the departure until the end of their program. + A lot of coffee shops / brunch restaurant nearby

Lights and bathroom exhaust fan did not operate according to switches. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Toilet seat loose and detached. Bed mattresses and frame moved around. Air-con and bathroom fan quite noisy. Overall size of spaces a bit small.

The window barrier was broken, and I almost tripped. The room was too pricey, and breakfast was not included. Also, I think there should be a mirror in the room and not in the toilet alone.

The staff was very helpful. The room was quite comfortable, and I also liked the fact that the location was good, as my friends and I were able to commute easily. Also, I liked the whole password thing, as we were able to check in by ourselves. It felt like an adventure with clues.

The distance you have to walk in order to check in especially if you are carrying a lot of luggage . Everything in the room was rather narrow

Breakfast was not included, which would have been nice. Unfortunately, we had to walk far to get our room keys and keys to get into our property, which was further away. Bathroom was very small and the shower water would get all over the floors. We had a huge cockroach in our room. We did manage to kill it, but we were not sure where it came from.

Close enough to the metro. Small balcony. Nice to have air conditioning. Onia cafe was wonderful and just on the street level. We’d have breakfast there.

The check in process was a bit bizarre: if you arrive after 4pm you have to go to the office next day to check in. But when we did they told us it is already done. Nothing bad or too much work, it was just bizarre

Our shower stall leaked water so badly that we had to ask for more towels to soak up the giant puddle. The caulking job was terrible.. Luckily we had a balcony, so we were able to dry out the towels every morning/day when we're out and about.

The ONLY thing that bothered us was that the toilet seat was one of those plastic ones that always falls down when you put it up. Quite frustrating when you're sitting down and it keeps hitting your back - I'd just recommend swapping these to normal seats.

The location of the property is very central and is a great base to walk to key sights such as Sagrada and Casa Battlo, but you also have several public transport options easily within reach if needed. The room was cleaned every day and was great for what we needed it for. Yes, you need to check in for some of the rooms at a location 2 minutes walk away, but it's fine and don't let this put you off - if you arrive after 4pm, you can do an online check in before you get there, then a self check in on the day. You then just confirm your check in the next day in person but this was very easy. They will also hold your luggage until 4pm when you check out. There's also a lift in the building. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was not really necessary- if there is a way of paying tourist tax online would be a lot easier, had to go to different location basically to just pay the tourist tax.

The rooms aren’t soundproofed, so we would hear when people arrived in the middle of the night.

The self-check-in is easy and the location of the apartment is great. The room is very clean and comfortable for 2 people. If you will spend most time visiting barcelona, it’s a good cost benefit.

The rooms are beautiful, the beds are really really comfortable. The location is great, the bus is nearby, but you can also reach everything walking. The rooms were clean.
