We stay at the 4 bunk bed with private bathroom. The shower is very small barely can move inside. The rooms comes with balcony but unfotunately its lock, you cannot access it. Quite noisy, without soundproof from adjacent rooms.

Centrally located. Right in the middle of the action. Very near to Passeig de Gracia metro station. Just 1 minute walk to Casa Batllo. Very convenient to the metro station and the airport.

The nickel and dime you to death, with a charge for breathing the air. No privacy curtains. You'd think with all the euros they take from you, a free towel wouldn't be too much to ask

It's a bit noisy at night, our door was knocked on about 2-3 times during the night by a group of young people.

The view from the terace was good! The room was the same how it’s on the photos. It’s located near Sagrada la Familia and it’s on the centre.

It's in a hostel so might be a little busy with many people coming in and out in the lobby and in the lift area.

Location is perfect, it's at the center of attraction. We booked the apartment one, which has a very spacious spatial area and lots of sitting/bedding area

there were no protection bars in bunk beds upper side so it was kind of unsafe to sleep, and the lighting in one of the bed was not working properly.

Again, the front desk staff is alarmingly not willing to show any kindness or help. I thought I had bad luck last time, but this second time with other people it was the same. They saw me arriving full of things and they did not even hold the door open for me. No smiling, no welcoming attitude. I booked a female room and a man was there. I texted them and one member of the staff (who was exceptionally were nice) fixed it. The shower of the bathroom of my room was clogged. They dont offer towel.

It is exceptionally well-located. It has a lift which is good.

Generally I would have liked the staff to have a Safestay themed uniform and look smart and professional.

I was very happy with the Safestay Hotel. The accommodation was as expected with the price and the location just what I needed and my main reason to choose this hotel.

The customer service is a real uncomfortable thing to ask for, the laundry service is appalling. The machines don’t work and when you ask for the money back they actually tell you that that amount , you shouldn’t be complaining that amount of money… which I found truly, very rude..

The pillows need to be thrown into a pile and burned because they were flat and uncomfortable. They need to be replaced with new more comfortable pillows.

The bathroom could do with a rug as it was very hard to not get the floors wet when taking a shower in a small cubicle but otherwise all was good!

It had a lovely view of the city and was within easy walking distance to the train station. There was a 24 hour staff for check in. Quiet rooms.

The negative aspects are that there is no hairdryer in the bathroom, and the shower is in poor condition.

This hostel is truly located in a very beautiful area. It is centrally positioned and close to many places. They have a 24-hour reception service.
