Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

There is a true sense of luxury about the Hotel SB in every respect. From inspiring design, the atmosphere throughout, excellent service and attention to detail. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a location that is well placed to visit some key sites and shopping to the West of Barcelona, but great transport also to the centre. Views from the members lounge and rooftop pool are breathtaking.

EgyptThe staff is not helpful at all and rude. You have to call the reception 10 times so they would be pick up the phone. They have 0 service, you have to do everything yourself. The jaccuzi was not clean when we entered the room full of black things and the AC didn’t work for the whole stay. When we discussed the AC issue, they wanted to give us a room worse than ours with no refund or compensation for the price difference. We communicated our concerns that we did not enjoy the stay, all they said was okay.

The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. I liked the ambience of the pool, the lounge and the garden - bar area. Astounding view next to the city and the sea. Excellent location, well connected with the rest of the city (metro, team, buses nearby). Overall great experience and pleasant stay.

GermanySince the hotel is mostly used for business travellers in this part of the city a small desk with a chair would have been nice in the room.
If you have business at the Barcelona Convention Center, it is a perfect location (right across the street). The friendly staff gave my a free upgrade on arrival, so my room was really huge with a whirlpool in the middle and view to the sea. I am sure the breakfast was good but I had my coffee outside in a small bar. Taxis and Public transportation as well as a shopping mall are right in front of the door.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the facilities were perfect for us. Breakfast was varied and well-prepared, room was clean and my son loved the pool. Location was close to the Metro so we were able to get to wherever we wanted to go very easily. We would definitely return.

This hotel is perfect! Clean and welcoming. Staff are helpful and friendly and was able to help us with any questions we had. They had a fantastic spa and roof top pool should you find yourself with a spare few hours on your trip. The hotel is located just down the road from the metro which is super easy to navigate into the city and main sights. The room was spacious and very clean. Would most definitely be visiting again in the future.

New ZealandI had tried to contact the hotel to upgrade our room. After being on hold for up to an hour they hung up on me. I also contacted them on booking.com which ended up being useless also. After arriving to the hotel and asking to upgrade they told us we should have done it before we got to the hotel (which we did a month before and also a week before with absolutely no positive communication) We had a triple room for myself, partner and my good mate. It was 3 beds in one small room. The bathroom door did not close at all, the lock on the main door only opened sometimes. And there is a window between the bathroom and bedroom offering no privacy since you can see straight through. The cleaning staff were rude. I have stayed in better back packers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

United KingdomBoth swimming pools was smaller than on the photo, especially that one on the high floor. Room was nothing like on the photos. Bathtub was very old, hanger for towels under sink fall off after putting on them towel. Bed was ok but bedsheets wasn't clean, all pillowcases had some stains. Also prices for everything is not accurate. They charge per person not for a room, so u have to be careful. 18€ for breakfast for one person is not worth it at all. You can eat cheaper and better in the town. Very disappointed tbh. I expect a bit more.

Australia-The rooms did not look like they did in pictures. -Absolutely no air conditioning so the rooms smell and are VERY HOT -Room Service was cold and disgusting -House keeping just didn’t clean our room at all -Reception staff and bar staff were very blunt and rude (the only polite staff member from the bar was Carla) -terrible communication between staff members and requests made
