Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe sky pool was out of action (one of our main reasons for booking), there was no TV remote in the room, the safe didn't work and the bath /bathroom floor were dirty on arrival. Issues were raised with staff and we were told they would be resolved but they weren't.
Overall the hotel was reasonably pleasant, clean and tidy. The staff were nice enough and it was easy to access.

SwitzerlandI was a bit disappointed for various reasons: - They stated that they care about the environment and would like to reduce the laundry by only washing towels on the floor. However, they changed all the towels every day. If you state this, please follow through. - My shower had some issues and was burning hot suddenly. I had to ask during 3 days to get it repaired. - I received wrong information about wellness opening times at the reception two times.
It is super close to the Forum convention centre. This was helpful for the business trip. I liked the good insulation of the room.

Great location and panoramic views from the rooftop pool & lounge. The front desk people were super welcoming, friendly all throughout and very adjusting (especially after we checked out and they still gave us cloak room access for few hours). The hotel to airport transfer was very reasonable and the chauffeur was gem of a person who not only helped us with our luggage but also went beyond his call of duty to help us with a cart at the airport.. He was super gentle and kind. The overall experience at the hotel was wowwww

SpainI booked this room for my daughter, her friend and a friend of mine who’d keep them company when needed, since they were going to a concert and it was her first time traveling alone. The main issue for me was the call I received from my daughter while I was in a meeting, to tell me that they wouldn’t do the check in because she didn’t have the card I booked with. While booking, the app asked if the booking was for someone else, I added that info and put my daughter’s name. No where in the booking did it state that I had to send my card with her. This for me is unacceptable because staff should be more willing to kindly help, dig in and be proactive. My adult friend said that in no way the guy at the desk showed any willing of helping. I’ve been to hotels this year, booking with an app and in no moment I was asked for the physical card for the payment. In fact I was only asked if I liked to be charged with the card I booked with and was asked for an ID. Also, a little information/reminder to my daughter and friends at the desk about what’s included in the booking is common-good service-sense, c’mon!!! What? Because my daughter is a teen she doesn’t deserve top service??

United KingdomYou need to pay for the entire stay even if you book several weeks in advance or else they will cancel your reservation. In addition booking team not particularly friendly. At the hotel itself, things were better but the reception and lobby look cheap/run down which is not ideal for business meetings/meals. Also AC not really working anywhere, just a bit of fan noise in the room, that’s it.
Location very convenient for convention centre and also close to metro.

I loved the location. it was very close to the beach and metro to get to the centre. As it was a bit away from the busy city centre it was calm and relaxing, and more affordable. The spa facilities were nice and the gym was better than most hotel gyms I’ve been in.
